I recently purchased a used F150 from Utah and driving back to Vegas I ended getting two rocks tossed at me from a tiny blue Nissan Versa that flew over a Black Chevy Cavalier and right off to my windshield. So I called safelite or whatever they called and man they quoted me 1800 bucks for the windshield. So I was like nah and I found this place cause I sent in a request and within the day he called me back with an awesome price. Set up my appointment for Saturday at 9am and was rolling with fresh glass by 9:45am. Fast, quick, reliable, waited two weeks or so to write this review cause I wanted to see how it held up against the weather and me power washing my truck. LADIES BEWARE!!! these guys will play to the fact they believe that as a female you know nothing about cars. I went in to have my windshield replaced. They took care of that but left the windshield wipers unplugged and therefore not working. I took the car back to them the next morning to give them the chance to fix it but they insisted it was a coincidence and it must be a fuse or something else. They offered to have their guy look to at the car but I deferred to take it to my guy. the diagnosis was the windshield wiper motor had been disconnected to replace the windshield (standard for replacement of a windshield). it cost $100 to have diagnosed and repaired but I had no option as it was raining and not safe to drive. Angel told me before I left if I could prove it was their error he would cover the cost but is now refusing to pay even with the fully written diagnostics from the other shop and several internet sites that agree the windshield could not have been replaced without disconnecting the windshield wipers. I'm still waiting to see what will happen since Angel insist he must call and talk to the other shop along with videoing himself replacing someone else's winds to prove he can do it without disconnecting the motor but frankly it doesn't matter if it isn't the exact same car since no two brands/models are the same. If you've read this far please make sure to look at the other reviews from women who have had similar experiences with this shop. read more

I contacted this business for a quote on window tinting. I was greeted by someone on the other end who did not announce their name and ignored my question. Seeing as how I have a card from this business (provided to me by someone who works here) I decided to see what the cost would be for window tinting on my vehicle. No cost was given, only the abrupt statement "We don't do that here, sorry" This was beyond incompetence and idiotic as your business card states new and used glass window tinting. I don't see how you don't offer this service all of sudden! Whoever answered the phone needs some etiquette lessons on how to properly speak to the public and potential clients. I recently had a rear passenger window broken out of my 2021 Kia Seltos. After calling around town to some of the major corporate glass repair places such as Safelite. Most places were giving quotes between $400 and $600 to replace the window and them telling me that they did not have it in stock for at least a week, I almost gave up. I decided to do a Google search and came across Auto Glass Aces. I called and spoke to Gio and he said they did have it available and with the factory tint already on it which is what I was looking for. To my surprise he quoted me $200 out the door. I was actually shocked at the price and because my insurance wasn't covering any of it because of my high deductible this price was amazing. When I arrived I met the owner of the business which is Geo's father and also his uncle who works in the business. This is a great family-run business and they do excellent work. I will be definitely taking my vehicle back to get my front windows tinted to match the back windows. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs window replacement because not only do they do quality work but their prices were outstanding. so I called the guy at 11:30, went over there he quoted me 140 said it would take an hour and a half so finally at 2:15 I called him to see what was the ETA is it give me 30 more minutes 10 minutes later, the phone rang, and he asked me if there was a trick to start the car I immediately went over, tried to start it. They had it hooked up to a battery charger, and I knew that it wasn't the battery it was a horrible sound. The guy said oh yeah it's a dead battery. I said if it was a dead battery it would be going. Click click click I said it's my starter. You guys fried my starter. Oh, & FYI I'm a female; not an uneducated one either when it comes to cars. you should've seen the look on his face when he realized that I knew what they had done and exactly what they had screwed up. I had no starter or battery problems when I got there. He immediately started saying oh no, we didn't even work on any wires I said kid they're power windows. Obviously you must've touched a wire somewhere. * I even said to the kid "what are the chances that the starter was great when I got here and just coincidentally, it went out after I left to go wait for the work to be done.?" he tried to argue that that's what happened. NOT Long story short, they purposely screwed up the starter and I had to pay an additional $300 for a new one. it was pouring down rain, dead car; they had me by the short hairs and they knew it. All in all, he only charged me 100 bucks to put it in, as I called three auto parts stores, and that's what they ran brand new. HOWEVER, it was 300 extra dollars for something that wasn't broken when I got there. CONSUMERS BEWARE OF THESE SHYSTERS!!!! read more
