He also helped diagnose an issue with my parking sensors, which had completely stopped working. Sam was able to track it down to a single faulty sensor that was throwing off the entire system, which likely saved me a significant amount compared to going to a dealership. While the car was there, he also replaced a fog lamp bulb that had burned out. Overall, Sam was straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair. I brought my car in on 01/22/2026 because multiple dashboard warning lights came on. I was told the…read moreproblem was a speed sensor and that a rodent had chewed the wiring. I was charged $159 for the diagnostic and another $159 for the repair, which I paid. Less than 24 hours later, the exact same warning lights came back on. I returned to the shop and was told again that a rodent had chewed the same wiring and that I would need to pay another $159 for the same repair. The idea that rodents conveniently chewed the exact same wire twice overnight is not believable. Rather than standing behind their work, the shop immediately tried to charge me again without offering any warranty, accountability, or proof that the issue was truly caused by rodents in the first place. This experience strongly suggests either an incomplete repair or a dishonest diagnosis. Being asked to repeatedly pay for the same "fix" is unacceptable. I would not trust this shop with repairs and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
