If I could I'd give this place negative stars. I bought a…read morefull case of oil (5/30) & a full case of ATF, these bastards charged me by the bottle instead of case price. The extremely fat guy behind the counter also wanted to argue about an oil filter, tried to sell me a Napa 1515 which is a 1 qt "fat" filter for my toyota, yes it fits "sort of" but it's a mother to get in & out, he claimed that his Nissan takes the same filter AND came from the factory with that filter, which is bullshit, the factories use Japanese filters that have been branded with the manufacturers logo, this fat bastard has never worked on a vehicle in his life, he damn sure has never been under one on a creeper. Sandpoint Napa not only has idiots but liars & crooks as employees.

When I couldn't find where to hook it up, he aggressively took the code reader away from me and did what he should have done in the first place and hooked it up. He took the reading and said it was my gas cap. Because it was barely raining, he refused to erase the code, rudely muttered something I couldn't understand, turned away from me and walked inside. He was completely unprofessional. I don't know his name but he has a grim reaper tattoo on his forearm. For 30 years Napa auto has been my go to because of their professionslism and quality parts but from this point on, I will avoid Sandpoint Napa at all costs and drive the distance to Priest River or Bonners Ferry.

The young man checking me in had me sign a waiver so I could have the 2 tires I bought( from walmart) installed in the front. But after 2.5 hours of waiting they came back and told me they couldn't install only 2 tires on my truck cause it is 4x4. I don't understand why,but ok, that's their policy. But they could have told me that right away, not after I had been sitting and waiting for 2.5 hours!!! They need to have that on their app and have their employees trained better. I learned a lesson today. No more walmart for car service!!!

When I told him just an oil and filter change he asked if I had an appointment. When I said no, he requested I drive around to an empty service lane where he would take my info. Been using these guys for years and it's always something. They do my girlfriend's oil changes when…read moreI'm not around or don't have the time and her truck always has less bolts on it than when it went in. Also noticed they are not changing the filter since the last time I changed it and I'm pretty sure using conventional oil instead of the synthetic that I use and adamantly tell her to request. Could she be forgetting to relay the message? Possibly but not likely. My truck is a whole different story. Took it to them to put pressure sensors on my winter wheels and right off the bat, they charged me double what was quoted. Then when they program the new sensors, they take over an hour and somehow unprogram my original sensors in the summer wheels. Then of course they tell me I need new sensors in the summer wheels so I just purchase an additional 4 which I immediately had problems with the programming and stop working within the year. Management takes no responsibility and claims that I only had one or two sensors replaced and wants me to get receipts from last year and bring my winter wheels in which they retract when I say, "sure I'll go get them". Then they act like I'm wasting their time taking up a bay when they never did the job I paid for in the first place. Long story short, they are either incompetent because they don't know what they are doing or scamming because they do know what they are doing. From the way they treat my girlfriend and the other women that I've seen go in there, not to mention the nonsense way they went about the sensor issue, I'd say their a snake oil selling shop and recommend just going to Les Schwab down the street.

Last September I took my truck ( 2012 toyota tundra) into perfection tire and got an oil change…read more Several weeks go by and its november and suddenly my truck motor started rattling noises intensely to the point i had to pull off and stranded me on the side of the road at night. I called perfection tire the next day and scheduled an appointment to see what went wrong. They informed me that my motor did in fact blow and sent me on my way after a quote for a new motor and a used motor. Did not go into details why my motor blew. They started it. Heard the terrible noise and deemed it blown. Nothing more. Several months go by while my truck sat untouched due to not being able to afford to proceed to get the truck fixed. About 13 k to get it fixed but With 2026 taxes I decided to have owner of Specialty fleet services look at my truck to see if he could possibly fix it for a cheaper price . His findings was metal shavings in a new filter ( he change the oil filter to get facts on condition of the motor and find a conclusion of the issues ) therw was not a metal basket in the oil filter , he then took it to Toyota to have them do a thorough complete breakdown and they also found metal shavings and no metal basket to support the oil filter . Without that basket my filter collapsed and starved my engine for oil causing my motor to blow. I told Les the manager at perfection because they did my last oil change and he said he would put in a claim. He lied to me and never did put in a claim. He spoke to me like i was less than because I am a women and toned changed when I had the owner of Specialty fleet services (a man) call on my behalf. I had to seek out an attorney for a demand letter to try and get my truck fixed. Only then after seeking that attorney they put in a claim . I was just denied to not enough evidence and them trying to blame Specialty fleet services for possible tampering even though he did not touch the truck till several months later after The fact my truck was no longer drivable ....reminder they seen the truck 1st before anyone else . Since I bought this truck I have only went to perfection for all my oil changes , and tires, spent hundreds of dollars there to get things fixed and back on the road. I just wanted my truck fixed so I have a safe reliable vehicle again for my kids. It amazes me how much a company truly does not care about their customers or take responsibility for a mistake on their behalf. The last oil change they did they forgot to transfer over the stablizer basket for the filter. Something so small makes a big impact. This is not just cars they work on to get a paycheck these are peoples livelihoods they are messing with.  These vehicles are What gets their families around safely to and from school, jobs , dr appts ect. If something  fails or is broken as a smaller local business  they should care for their customers  as they were like family and fix mistakes  that were made. These inconveniences  can cause bodily harm, mentally, physically, financially  and emotionally  to the community and customers.  This business  has been getting away with several years  of negligence due to people not being able to take action with a claim or sue.    I can Not afford to take them to court myself or I would do so , this is not the only complaint ....I have read several others online of negligence and blaming customers and plain out not doing a thorough diagnostics and are not knowledgable in foreign vehicles . Bare min. Work for top dollar price tags.
