Upon reaching the service, I was greeted at the check-in process by the staff. Since it was my first time at the service, the staff gave me an overview of the different car wash services they offer. After considering all the options, I chose the base plus wash service. The team provided a great service and my car was washed well with the base plus service. It removed all the dust from the outside of the car and made it look clean. I was impressed by the amazing service provided by Mister Car Wash.

The truck was worse than before it started when she was finished. Took her over 4 hours and then she said "leave the doors open for a few hours so the carpet can dry." I used this company several times, but this was enough to never use them or refer them again. When I talked to Robert he agreed to give me a refund - then two days later he says he will refund me $298 of the $715 that was charged. Use your own judgment - would you pay $500 for your car to look like this?
