After placing my reservation on the release night in July , 2020, I did extensive research on what dealer to select to complete my order. John would likely classify me as a Bronco "Super Fan." As such, I am actively involved in most of these in person and online groups and forums. Many members of these communities (and possibly competing dealers) openly trolled my posts, saying that Stephens Auto Center was "over committing" and I would likley see my order in the year 2022+! While the true test will be in the final delivery, corresponding pricing, and the commitment of "no surprises", to date, John has responded in all of my detailed questions with a sense of urgency and corresponding level of detail. The manufacturing delays and the related extended wait for this vehicle build have been frustrating, although, as importantly, to date, the commitments from John and team have been made, AND continued to be confirmed in writing in accordance with the Stephens Auto commitment. The staff member got me out in plenty of time and scheduled me the next day for alignment (so they are willing to work around YOUR schedule when they can).
