I got a service contract on it, and it's a good thing I did, because the timing chain broke six months later. I only had to pay the deductible and they replaced the engine, but I had to borrow cars for a month while it was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the service contract people to look at it. This was more the fault of the vehicle itself and the service contract people rather than Crossroads, and I felt that the people at Crossroads did their best. Now after another six months the replacement engine was found to burn oil--which I knew was a possibility for this particular engine--and it is under warranty so they are going to replace it. I am not going to buy this particular vehicle next time around, but the service at Crossroads is reasonable. Not particularly impressive, but acceptable.
