Went in for a warranty covered issue and house of Honda told me they would not honor my warranty because they did not want the hassle of dealing with my insurance company. mind you I used this same extended warranty with other Honda dealerships with no issues. Basically they told me they would fix my car and I would have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursement from my insurance company. Not to mention when I initially arrived it took over 5 min before anyone came to check me in. And when the guy did come he did not greet me and stood there with a blank look on his face. I gonna say it was cause I was a person of color. Because as I waited for my vehicle I observed how he they greeted the other customers that looked like them. And the interactions were totally different. They promptly walked over as soon as they pulled in and greeted them with a smile. I will no longer be doing business with them. And Im telling all my friends and family in the area not to spend their hard earned money there!!!

I was stranded on the side of the road and thought to myself the only option I had was to drive 5mph down the road to try to make it to Hyundai so it wouldn't drag on the road. As I was making my way back to Gloster Street, I happened to notice Byrd's Body Shop sign and thought maybe they could at least tape it up to where I could make it to Hyundai. So I pulled into the lot and was greeted with the warmest welcome! They did more than just try to help. They fixed me up with brand new screws and clips that had come loose from the last time my oil was changed when the mechanic hadn't tightened it enough. I did worry for a second because I noticed the "cash & checks only" sign, but they assured me it was no problem and sent me on my way. I will use them from now on!

One of their clients had ordered the wrong seating and ordered another. The sales rep was responsive with the price and details of the truck. He texted the price at 10:12 last Friday at $63,720. At 2:46 the price was raised by $5k due to "market demand and nonavailability". (Please see screen shots below) I'm pretty sure the owner is getting a cut from the MSRP and the selling of a "unit" but to add $5k to price within 4 hours because you want more...is unethical. That owner will get theirs. I understand many other dealerships practice this same dirty move to screw people and make an extra buck, but to quote it one way and change it four hours later is unprofessional. Always be wary of your business dealings.
