I initiated my cancellation on August 14th -- it is now nearly three MONTHS later, and this dealership has done nothing but drag their feet, dodge communication, and force me to chase their responsibilities. I emailed and called repeatedly. I contacted: Rob Nielson, Finance Manager (who initially told me he submitted the cancellation -- he did NOT) Mwood@agcdjr.net , General Manager (who REFUSED to respond to a single email) Kelly in Accounting, who confirmed Rob submitted multiple incorrect requests that delayed the process every step of the way I also had to independently contact AUL/Protective to confirm what was actually happening -- something the dealership should have handled from day one. After months of back-and-forth, AUL finally sent me the cancellation form directly because the dealership could not manage to submit a simple request correctly. I forwarded the confirmation to the dealership and asked -- very reasonably -- for them to issue the refund to me directly, since the funds will be sent to THEM, not me. I also provided the documented refund amount. Yet again, silence. No response. No accountability. Let me emphasize this: I am currently a cancer patient undergoing weekly chemo treatments, and I made this known to the dealership. Despite that, I have spent MONTHS chasing basic honesty and competence from their staff. I physically cannot just drive up there and deal with this in person, and this dealership has shown ZERO empathy, urgency, or professionalism. The general manager never replied. The finance manager was dishonest and negligent. The accounting department was left to clean up his mistakes, and still, no one could provide a resolution or even the courtesy of communication. I have had to file complaints with the state due to their failure to handle a simple cancellation and refund request. For a process that should take days, I've spent almost 90 days being ignored and misled. Thank goodness I have recorded every call and saved every email, because at this point, documentation has been the only way to protect myself from their lack of transparency and accountability. This dealership has shown me nothing but indifference and incompetence. I would never recommend Auto Gallery Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. If this is how they treat a customer trying to get a legitimate refund -- especially one dealing with a serious medical condition -- then imagine how they will treat you once they already have your money. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

Best car buying experience ever!…read more This is honestly an understatement of my experience. Typically when car buying is typically stressful and anxious. This was the total opposite for me. My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. Which we all know "may not happen" After our conversation and his ways of responding. I knew he cared about fulfilling my needs and making sure I would be happy. The conversation alone made me feel confident to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. The best was yet to come! Walking into this dealership, the whole aura of how everyone speaks to you and the way they speak to one another. The whole interaction I was there for a couple of hours which felt more at ease and like hanging out with family than actually being at the dealership wondering who is going to "get you". I conversed with everyone there, another salesman man Shane, finance and sales manager Chris. You have to be there yourself to understand. Everyone is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is professional, they work as a team for sure. You can tell when people love what they do! Thank you for assisting me in purchasing my beautiful vehicle. I wish you continued well deserved success and hope you make everyone feel the way I felt today while doing something that can sometimes be stressful. You have truly changed my opinion on "going to a dealer". These are the type of dealerships you want to do business with. Even after a long day, I couldn't even wait to write this review. You are 10 in my book. Truly, thank you.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. $60,000 CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED JEEP SRT under warranty with…read morenothing but issues and no help from Banks Crossing. They lied right to my face like it was nothing. I had been shopping for a Jeep SRT for a couple months and found what I thought was a competitively priced SRT with the options I wanted at Banks Crossing. I live in Orlando (7hrs away) and called to speak to the sales guy. He RAVES about how the SRT was perfect, flawless, and had no issues. It's a certified pre-Owned Jeep with 17k miles, one owner, and a clean car fax. He sends me some adtl pics, a couple videos, then explains that there's a scratch on the front that they would have repaired. I said no problem and asked that he send me pics when the repair is completed. They pushed for a 5k deposit and I trusted they weren't flat out lying to me and we moved forward. Ultimately, I travel all the way up there to buy the Jeep after giving them a 5k deposit. Upon inspection, I immediately notice a quarter size area on the front bumper that appears to be some sort of pealing. The sales guy acts surprised, after we went over this numerous times in advance while I was in Florida and he assured me the car was flawless. He then explains that it must be the ceramic coating and it wasn't a big deal. We proceed, I buy the car, drive it back to Orlando, and the issues begin immediately. (I bought the comprehensive warranty and was assured that if anything went wrong I could get the car serviced anywhere in the country.) The very first time it rains on the Jeep we have a major issue. Tons of water is leaking through the roof and into the car, I have video of anyone wants to see it. The headliner, seatbelts, carpet, all soaked. We immediately contact the local dealership to get it repaired. Apparently this is an extremely common issue and they even have a "leak guy" that shows up once a week. We're still waiting on that repair, it's been several months. When the service guy is inspecting the vehicle at the local dealership the service tech looks at the front end and immediately states that this vehicle has been in an accident and the front end has been repainted. That chip on the front? It's the clear coat coming off the entire front end and at this point it's spreading. The service tech tells us that it's CLEAR and OBVIOUS that the front end has been repainted and that Banks Crossing should've warned us of such. We explained the car had a clear car fax report but he said that it was likely someone keeping it off of insurance, and paid to have it repaired. He was floored that the dealership would sell me the car and not mention this. And guess what, the warranty doesn't cover this because the paint wasn't done by a Jeep dealership. So I paid $60,000 for a car that has water pouring in every time it rains, has been in an accident, and has to have the entire front end completely repainted. I called Banks Crossing and their response was essentially, that's not our problem, sorry about your luck. Again this is a 2018 certified pre-owned $60,000 Jeep SRT. Not a 10k 100k mile clunker. I'll be filing a claim with their Garage liability carrier for the damages. We are absolutely floored that we could spend this kind of money and get this kind of treatment. I've given them ample notice of my intentions to file the claim and asked them to do what was right and simply pay to have the front end repainted. No response. Do not buy a car from these guys, there are some real scumbags working there. I have the pics, videos, and entire text communication from start to finish. And not to mention the sleazy finance guy. The typical guy that gives car sales such a bad rep. He tried to tell me that even with a 740 credit score, assets, and with a large down payment I only qualified for a very high interest rate. (I paid off my 1.9% Ford financing 3 years early in the last year or so) Typical BS that makes you hate the entire buying experience. I told him no thanks and then miraculously, a low interest rates comes out of nowhere. This guy was the worst.
