1 STAR -- Extremely concerning experience I purchased a used…read morevehicle from this dealership, and within less than 24 hours of taking possession, I started experiencing serious problems. The vehicle developed a leak, which I have documented on video, electrical components began glitching, and there was a strong burnt-plastic/electrical smell coming through the A/C vents. Even more concerning, fumes/odor entered the cabin while I was driving and I experienced a headache, lightheadedness, and nausea. I contacted/returned to the dealership immediately because these are not minor cosmetic issues -- they are potential safety concerns. What made the experience even more frustrating was the response I received. Instead of immediately taking the situation seriously, the person at the desk suggested that maybe I had hit something. I had owned the vehicle for less than 24 hours. I found that response dismissive and extremely disappointing, especially considering the seriousness of what I was reporting. Thankfully, I have video documenting the leak and I am keeping records of everything that has happened since purchasing the vehicle. I did not expect to purchase a used vehicle and, within hours, be dealing with a leak, electrical glitches, a burning smell, fumes inside the cabin, and then have the possibility suggested that I somehow caused the problem. I am currently asking the dealership to take the vehicle back and resolve this situation appropriately. I will update this review to reflect how management ultimately handles the matter. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this dealership.

We were communicating while he was out of town and I would have gladly bought a car from him. Instead I bought a car from somebody who will say is just basically I got screwed. And Chris is going out of his way to help me even though we have never done business. That is such a rare quality that I can only hope that anybody with enough sense would see this and buy a car from him. He has been overwhelmingly supportive, offered his help as best he can wherever he can, and even stayed in touch just talking back and forth about how badly things have turned on for me with the purchase of the car I made from somebody on Craigslist who is also a wholesaler kind of guy. Anyway five stars aren't enough. I'm sure whatever products he have or quality products. But beyond that the integrity, the kindness, the actual caring far beyond what must anyone would be used to or think possible. He arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me for a very reasonable price--around $600. I trusted Sal, and he absolutely delivered. The vehicle arrived looking practically brand new, without a scratch on it, and it has had no problems whatsoever. I also had difficulty getting financing, but Sal worked with me and helped make it happen. My only advice is to carefully review the financing terms. I financed through Westlake, and the interest rate was high, so I plan to pay the vehicle off as quickly as possible to avoid paying too much interest. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Sal was trustworthy, helpful, and made buying a vehicle from hundreds of miles away surprisingly simple. I would gladly recommend Yama Auto Brokers.The car was cheaper than others wanted to charge me. Others wanted to charge me many fees for paint and security fees, but Sal only charged me the taxes and registration plus the vehicle has very low miles and it was a lot cheaper than other vehicles just like it. This dealership is a bad news! Stay away from them. They advertised 2019 Kia Soul on Facebook…read moremarketplace but never responded to my inquiries! If you are not going to respond why are you posting on there??? I found them on Car Gurus and they responded. I asked if the car will be clean and ready to go. They assured me it will. When we arrived car was dirty. The person who we were there to see wasn't even there! He came 15 min later. Car had no coolant so they added WATER in front of us! Not a coolant but water. Car was missing spare tire and had bulges in the sides of the tires which is dangerous. The old man was terrible to deal with. Car had multiple dents and poorly fixed repairs. The man kept repeating he doesn't care and only goes by Carfax. We asked for the owner but he said he's not around. The office was disgusting and extremely dirty! Poor customers who have to sit in that mess. I had white shorts and got them dirty right away. You know if the people who own this business have such a nasty working environment the business itself will be bad. This car was purchased at an auction and was in a rough shape. They were asking $16500 and we offered $15500. They said no and didn't want to negotiate. The lady behind the desk ran my credit score of 830 and offered me 12% rate with $465/month payment. We walked away! The whole thing was unprofessional and sleazy. The same day we went to another similar dealership and it was great. Clean office! Amazing staff. We got 2020 Kia Soul for $17500 with 6% rate and $335/month payment. Don't do business with people who don't take pride in what they do. This dealership is poorly run and it shows as soon as you walk in. If you do business with them you'll be ripped off. Our payment would have been $100 more because of the banks they work with! You can do way better elsewhere.

I had a terrible time with the gentleman who owned the shop in front of theirs, who lied and told me I was in the right place, which wasn't corrected until I called Fremont Auto Center looking for an update. Jack personally went next door to check on my car, and offered me 10% off repairs. I was told I could drop my car off the next day without needing another appointment. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area. I can't recommend this place enough (just make sure you drive all the way to the green building and dont let anyone stop you like I did!)
