We were communicating while he was out of town and I would have gladly bought a car from him. Instead I bought a car from somebody who will say is just basically I got screwed. And Chris is going out of his way to help me even though we have never done business. That is such a rare quality that I can only hope that anybody with enough sense would see this and buy a car from him. He has been overwhelmingly supportive, offered his help as best he can wherever he can, and even stayed in touch just talking back and forth about how badly things have turned on for me with the purchase of the car I made from somebody on Craigslist who is also a wholesaler kind of guy. Anyway five stars aren't enough. I'm sure whatever products he have or quality products. But beyond that the integrity, the kindness, the actual caring far beyond what must anyone would be used to or think possible. In fact I'm trying to find a way to get rid of or get out of what I bought and get something from him. I begun telling everybody about him. Anybody looking for a car. Again what an incredibly beyond professional professional doesn't describe it because he's beyond professional what an incredibly kind thoughtful and helpful human being

Jose is a very down to earth young man, he was not pushy or trying to speed up a possible deal. In fact, he was a young man with patience. He came happily per our request for the test drive. And helped us navigate the test drive at ease, Especially we were not familiar with the hybrid car. He is very good with communication and did not rush nor push for a sale. He arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me for a very reasonable price--around $600. I trusted Sal, and he absolutely delivered. The vehicle arrived looking practically brand new, without a scratch on it, and it has had no problems whatsoever. I also had difficulty getting financing, but Sal worked with me and helped make it happen. My only advice is to carefully review the financing terms. I financed through Westlake, and the interest rate was high, so I plan to pay the vehicle off as quickly as possible to avoid paying too much interest. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Sal was trustworthy, helpful, and made buying a vehicle from hundreds of miles away surprisingly simple. I would gladly recommend Yama Auto Brokers. The car was cheaper than others wanted to charge me. Others wanted to charge me many fees for paint and security fees, but Sal only charged me the taxes and registration plus the vehicle has very low miles and it was a lot cheaper than other vehicles just like it. I am very happy and haven't had any issues with the car so far.

Billy, the sales man and Sonia the book keeper and financial professional helped me do this seamlessly. unfortunately that evening I had a loved one come to me in an emergency and needed to borrow a good amount of funds, as a result, this left me unprepared to financially buy a car at that time. Everyone previously would charge me over $200 for a diagnostic, find nothing, and state that they drove it around the block and didn't see any problems (duh). So I'd accepted it would never be fixed. Fast forward to now, it became an unavoidable issue so I reached out to multiple places to describe the issue and get some opinions. Jack was very responsive and immediately had a recommendation before even looking at my car. I brought it in for a $155 diagnostic, and if they couldn't fix it I wouldn't be charged. Unlike other places, they drove my car over 100 miles to try to replicate the issue! Although they still couldn't replicate it, they looked into my vehicle's service history and walked me through their recommendations. We went with Jack's original recommendation, there was a fast turnaround, and my car now been fine. He was spot-on before even looking at my car. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area.
