This guy will hang you out to dry and leave your loved ones stranded. No accountability, does business like a petulant adolescent. There's a reason for not having a BBB accreditation. First, it's a 1 star rating because there is no 0 or less than 0 rating. Second, I used this company twice, from a family referral. Each time, I had moderate issues with scheduled commitments but chalked it up to this industry of non-professionals. But the issues are not unique one-off occurrences. The third time was the charm. I was in for more of the same vague, and non-committal double talk. So, the 3-day pickup window has come and gone, and no pickup. No accountability, just "relays the information the car carrier is providing" and offers an insincere "I'm trying to help you". No, buddy I paid you for a service, do your job. As a business owner, who effectively resells services, there is a liability which you own with your selected service providers. Perhaps you should recognize this if you haven't by now, you claim to be in business since 1983. If you cannot stand behind the services you sell, then don't sell them because you don't deliver. Find a new trade. Real simple, that is unless you are looking to scam people and hope the numbers game is in your favor and hide behind your sub-contracted vendors who habitually don't perform. Eventually you will get to zero customers. Your customers know you, your word, your guarantees. Your customers do not know your vendors. Your customers would not be doing business with these sub-contracted vendors if not for you. You are the go between and you provide the introduction, contractually and implicitly holding you responsible and liable for their performance and services. Your service level agreement is with your customers, and you need to deliver. Pointing to your sub-contracted vendors as the reason for your non-performance is weak at best as a businessman/owner, and negligent in legal terms. Hanging up the phone on customers is a highly technical skillset, which I can only imagine takes years to perfect, and is held by the best in any business vertical, and you seemed to have achieved first in class service when it comes to hanging the phone up on a customer. Only, before doing so, pointing out how you choose to do what you want, when you want. Much of an ego??? I am not the only one who has had the pleasure of having the phone hung up on, according to the other reviews. Yup, Goombah Johnny has no boss, and he felt compelled to let me know this. Class act Johnny, class act. I suggest some anger management training to take care of those passive aggressive issues and some people skills. I don't post reviews, nor have I ever had the inclination to do so, as I find it tedious and mind numbing. You won't find any other reviews from me as I do not have the time for this nonsense, but given what I experienced I felt compelled to let others know. m. vitiello do not use this car carrier!! had horrific experience from nj to fl!! they only answer calls monday to friday 9 am to 5 pm! cannot get information on your car at any other time!! avoided telling me that car would not be delivered door to door by carrier; sent driver who drove it to wherever the carrier was. i couldn't find out any information for 3 days. after 7 days car delivered with "248 miles" used on it! when i questioned driver he told me "truck broke down & they used my car to pick up a part some 100 miles away," never notifying me/asking permission!! there was a physical assault from driver, refusing to give me my keys unless i paid cash. i offered check "as previously agreed." after big struggle driver forced me out of the way and took off with my car, refusing to release it to me! called john, owner, and he screamed at me and used profanity (f word) several times and hung up on me. never accepted responsibility. i had to get police involved. this is not a carrier company but a broker/dispatcher! read more

Do NOT use this company. Liars! They do NOT deliver on the trailer door to door. My car was in MINT condition when it was picked up. It was just serviced. I received a call that my car overheated and died in the middle of a very busy intersection. I was told to get a tow truck. Angry guy starting yelling at me, telling me my car was an old piece of garbage. Normal people always stop me to look at my amazing car. They burnt out my engine! This issue happened from 3/31/22 (Fort Lee, NJ) to 4/7/22 (Topeka, KS). There was damage under the bumper the entire way from left to right and the molding on my fender was missing. I called Joe the business owner to fix the damages. Because before the car was sent, he inspected the car with a magnifying glass and told me that I only had 2-3 scratches and that I preserved the car very well. I paid $1175 plus $40 tip to send the car. The moment I paid him, I asked if it was covered with insurance and Joe replied, "Yes, I have insurance for all the cars we transport." The car took a whole 6 days to get to Kansas. I could not fix my car until today (5/31/22) because they are not making parts for these Mercury Grand Marquis LS cars any longer. Joe stopped responding or answering my calls and never paid for the repair. Very irresponsible! Whoever wants their car damaged, use this company. read more

Stay away!! From the very first call, I told them the car they would be transporting back from FL hasn't been driven in 4 years. I received a call the morning of the day they wanted to deliver it to my house, but I was already at work. They gave me no heads up even though I asked for one day's notice. I told them I could leave work early and be home to receive the car by 3pm, and they said that was fine. I got home as agreed and waited but instead, they said it was getting too late and would deliver it the next day. Here is where it gets worse. Instead of delivering it via transport as an unsafe car that hadn't been driven for 4 years should be, the owner had his worker drive it to my house (about 15-20 miles!!). I'm amazed that the car didn't stall out right in the middle of the road. So unsafe for both the car and even more importantly the worker. Then when I told the owner, who had followed in his car, that I was extremely upset and worried that the car was driven because old fuels that had been sitting in this idle car for 4 years could now have ruined the engine, he proceeded to lie to me and say that he couldn't get a transport vehicle on our residential road, which is totally false as I see it all the time by my neighbors who have cars transported. Our car was delivered 4 days late after being driven the last 300 miles in breach of our agreement. Car was delivered running on fumes in spite of starting with an almost full tank. Agreement was to truck car not drive. The worst part was our center console was cleaned out including a 50 year old Villanova class of 1960 ring of great sentimental value.
