I couldn't have had a better experience with this Auto shop! Initially I chose it based on the glowing reviews online - it seemed like everyone loved this place. I can definitely say they weren't wrong! I called in and talked with Joe a few times and quickly got scheduled in after my husband's passenger side door was hit. Everything was really easy. When my car was in for repairs, they called and let us know they found something else and contacted our insurance company about it. We picked our car up today and it was as good as new! They cleaned it so well inside and out and everyone was so friendly. They did an amazing job all around. I would definitely take my car back to them anytime! read more

UPDATED REVIEW AFTER 2ND REPAIR!! I did my original review several months ago when our son had an accident, see below. I'm now officially a repeat customer and updating my review because I had to go back to Auto Body Specialists. I closed the garage door and my car wasn't in far enough... OUCH, I had 2 deep scratches on the back bumper, and the car is black... feel my pain? Ryan looked at it and gave me 2 options, repaint the whole bumper which would be $$$$ or he said they could work with it to make it look better, which would be $. I chose the cheaper option knowing it wouldn't be perfect but would definitely look better. They did a GREAT job, you can barely see what were 2 deep scratches. It looks SOOOO much better! AND they washed the entire car - BONUS!! Love these guys, they're AMAZING and they totally get what great customer service means!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW - Auto Body Specialists is AWESOME!!! So many businesses have forgotten what it's like to provide good customer service... but not these guys!!! Joe and Ryan were great, I called on a Friday, they towed the car to the shop and called me with an estimate THAT DAY! Same day service - amazing!! Joe provided an estimate of when the car would be done, it was ready 3 days early. He even called after the insurance adjuster looked at the car so we knew they started working on it. The shop is open until 5:30, which makes life easier for those of us who work 9 - 5. We still can't believe how great the car looks, it's as good as new! i've had two Prius accidents repaired here, and the results were excellent and did not exceed the estimate. I chose them because they did not have a huge backlog and could get the job done fast. I also liked their honesty on the latest job; they didn't try to milk more $$ from the insurance company, but did a repair rather than replace on my bumper. read more
