I stopped at a few places trying to buy my lottery tickets but no one knew how to print multiple lines and two draws. When I walked into Shell, I asked Ciris if she knew how and she said "No". I sighed and said "ok, thanks anyway" and she said "wait, let's figure it out." Which she did. It was just so nice to have that kind of customer service. She was very nice, had patience and didn't just say "sorry, try somewhere else". Ciris is the kind of employee that customers remember and that businesses want because she actually cares about trying to help a customer. Well done Ciris! I will see you again. And Thank you!
