He did a great job asking questions to understand our vision, and he gave lots of helpful advice leading up to the wedding (seemingly simple things like reminding us that walking from one location to another could make us sweat, which hadn't occurred to us). On the day of our wedding he was efficient (especially good at working with kids in photos), and he captured a great mix of formal and candid shots. He was also friendly, fun to work with, and just a general delight to have present. As we expected, the final photos ended up looking great!
