I placed an order online on their website for a camera that was listed as in stock. I was very…read moreexcited because I have a trip next week and I really wanted to take this camera with me. Hours later, I received an email stating that my order had been flagged by their "Fraud Department" and canceled. I called the business as soon as I saw the email. The first person I spoke to let me know that it may have just been an error and that they still had cameras in stock, so it gave me hope that we could figure something out. But then he transferred me to a woman who told me that my order was flagged because 6 other people in my area had also placed orders that were fraudulent [???????]. I then asked if I could re-order over the phone since it was clearly a mistake on their end, because I'm a real person, my card was charged, my mailing address is residential and real, and she said no, because they actually don't have any of those cameras available anymore. I understand that they are a small business. I found them online through reviews from others, but the process they follow for fraud detection is flawed. They claim they want to "protect their customers," but having a system cancel orders just because multiple orders are coming out of the same area is a terrible way to run a business. I would have preferred if they had just called me before canceling my order.

She captured all of the perfect little decor details, all of my emotions opening gifts and greeting guests, and she took great candids of friends and fam. She also took some boudoir pics for a gift for the hubs. I was very comfortable working with her and she took lovely, romantic, (and sexy!) shots and she was patient with my billion ideas for what I wanted to try.
