The final results are beautiful and capture his talent. Tad is an amazing professional photographer, his background in photography has helped with ideas and suggestions for achieving the best results, he works very hard, and he pays attention to details and angles. We especially appreciated how easygoing he was while taking beautiful pictureshe. For the value, his packages were absolutely the best. His package is worth actually twice as much as what she charges, because of the large amount of professionally retouched photos he delivers after the shoot. My favorite thing about Tadd's work is his ability to use the location expertly to craft great visual stories with every shot. The shots turned out amazing and I'm very happy with his work, we got amazing pictures far beyond my expectations. We loved working with him and would wholeheartedly recommend him to any prospective client looking for a Rockstar photographer. Thank you so much for the great professional photos.

I have never had to write review like this. My experience with Tadd was shockingly bad. I hired him…read morebecause of his work and I was excited to shoot with him. What unfolded was something I would have never expected. From the beginning he was intense, rude and rushing me. My home is immaculate and was ready and because I wanted to move plates from the inside to the outside he criticized me and said I wasn't ready for the shoot. He was rushing me since he had double booked himself. I was paying double, from the last photographer I had used and I was being rushed. He told me to go in a room and stay there, the way he spoke down to me was shocking. He forbid me from being around or even involved in the shoot. I asked him to take a hallway photo and he mocked me "no, that was in the next package up that you didn't get" I was so upset at how he spoke to me, at one point I said I think we should just stop the shoot, you are rushed, speaking poorly to me & it had only been an hour of his time and he was still rushing the shoot to be over. In what world was the shoot ever going to be that fast? He slammed his hands on my kitchen island and said "On God!" while raising his voice at me that he has 5 star reviews and that he wanted me to pay him before he left. I stopped him and said please don't bring God into a business setting, and that I felt very uncomfortable and asked him to step outside and leave. He shouted and said "Oh always the victim" I just met him, I do not know him. It was clear he had a distain for women and I know he would never have spoken that way to a man. He refused to leave when I asked the first time and continued to raise his voice and so I got my husband on the phone for safety, I myself stepped outside to feel safer. He followed and continued to yell down my driveway after I told him I was uncomfortable, yelling "I need to be paid, fuck! and rambling on about how I was treating him? I stayed calm and quiet and he finally left. He text me that I owed him money. what?! I was treated terribly, felt unsafe and he wanted more money from me? I text him to not come back to my property for twilight photos, delete the photos he took and to never come back. I had my time wasted, zero photos, all my staging gone to waste, felt unsafe and had to scurry to find a new photographer last minute. He kept my $300 deposit and I had to pay another photographer, buy fresh flowers again, re-stage, cancel my trip home by a few days. I was hugely inconvenienced and have never been so disrespected as a woman. I hope if you are a woman, or care about professionalism, that you never hire this guy. Walking RED FLAG!

What community do we want to live in? And, importantly, how do we find the right agent? Luckily, we met DAVID KAPLAN and his partner, ELLEN PARIS during one of our many open house journeys. David was sharp, open and honest. We immediately liked him. When he introduced us to the knowledgeable and efficient Ellen, we knew we had the right team. They showed us homes we wanted to see, homes meeting our criteria but ultimately weren't right, and helped refine our search. They were patient and professional throughout, recognizing that this was our journey. When we found our home, they ably took on the negotiations, overcame hurdles, and helped us successfully closed the deal. Ellen and David did what good realtors do. They empowered us to make the decision we wanted for a place we wanted to call home.

We were relocating from another state, and before we ever reached California, Niko was generous with important information for us to consider. As one would imagine, we had many questions about how to proceed and where to look. When we met up at our hotel in Rancho Mirage, Niko listened to our proposals and discussed our views for over an hour. Then we struck out for the most likely areas where we could see homes in our price range. Throughout the day, we visited homes and got to know the area thanks to Niko's expertise. When a realtor is as personable, knowledgeable and as natural an educator as Niko, it is a unique experience. She has never missed a beat when addressing our questions. Her responses to sudden questions have been prompt and extremely helpful. The escrow and closing process occurred remotely and they were smoothly managed by the CV Escrow company. We wholeheartedly recommend Niko Esposito because with her capable and professional guidance, we were able to close on our new house early in September and we are now very happily settling in this week.
