All good. The receptionist managed to fit me in with another doctor. I was annoyed because I had already looked up the work of Dr Leila Asfour and was satisfied with her work, but fine, I walked into my appointment with an open mind and was pretty satisfied with my consult. I did a whole bunch of blood tests at this clinic on 11/7/2022 as recommended by the doctor I consulted with and was promised a callback within a week with results of these tests. It has now been 3 weeks and 3 days and not one squeak from anyone from this clinic about my blood results. Calling their hotline puts you on hold of a good 10 minutes before you speak to someone who basically tells you they cannot provide any information. I emailed on 27/7/2022 and am still chasing my blood results today 4/8/2022. An absolute obstruction to the provision of healthcare in my opinion. It does not matter if Rod Sinclair is world renowned in dermatology if he cannot even run a clinic and provide patient's with basic healthcare. Very disappointed. Please avoid at all costs.

I was also not offered eye protection, despite clear warnings on the bottle. All in all an unacceptable and traumatic experience, and my partner and I were left to our own devices after hours to contact emergency services and poison control. They have since apologised and refunded the treatments, but are now avoiding covering medical costs as promised from the resulting eye injury. Apparently their lawyer has also been "unavailable" for the past 2 months. Please do not go here.
