I never have my mail packages delivered by leaving them in a safe place, yet I see the Aus. Post van delivering to neighbours on Doig Street every day. EVERY package is ON RECORD as being left at East Toongabbie Post Office. I DONT have a car, and I am ultimately UNABLE to walk up the incredibly steep Constitution Road at the age of 61. I am not prepared to spend half a day on public transport Travelling there. Today's package was worth $7, before that $3.61. Australia Post offers NO DELIVERY SERVICE to me. read more

They sent me the delivery time from 12:05-2:05 pm.I was actually waiting for them to ring but they did not even ring and went straight to post office. This has been repeated so many times. I don't like the service anymore. read more

Australia Posts are all pretty much the same with one exception. How long you wait in line. If you're looking for one where you won't spend your whole lunch break waiting, this outlet is a good bet. Plus if you do have to wait a bit, there's some cheap USB drives or packs of lollies congenitally placed that might take your fancy. read more
