Fast friendly service and many services available and some interesting items on sale at this venue never have i had a lengthy wait for service at this venue read more
Not a terrible post office, but yes it's very small so doesn't have a huge range, what sucks the most is they aren't open on Saturdays so if you work a 9-5 job and your package goes here, your stuffed! I suggest parking in the loading bay just around the corner (first street on the left after the post, across from the comic shop) but only if your gonna be reasonably quick which is dependant on what time your popping in, lunchtime and closing is always super busy as theres only two staff at this one, but great customer service, they are always friendly! read more
Australia Post is yet another chain in Brisbane. Like any other, there's a general standard to all of them. Nundah Australia Post is quite small, and often my packages flip between whether they are here or at Northgate (so make sure you read the slip!). Staff are fine, fast if you're the only person there but always seem to have a bigger wait if any more than two people are in line. Parking here is the main annoyance. Unless you're parked across the road under Woolworths, you might be stuck. There is one (literally, just one) 10 minute park outside just in front of a bus stop, and around the corner is a loading zone. Just up from the loading zone are a couple of parks, but if these are full your next option is the parking up this street outside the Church. 2 minute walk away. Not much, you'll survive, but annoying when all you need is the post office. So! Go in. Collect your mail. Pay your bills. Send your presents. Organise your travellers cheques. Get your passport photo. Enjoy. read more

The ladies I dealt with today were SO rude. I needed an identity check but recently moved house so brought photo ID and my only proof of address was an Origin electricity contract. I get all my bills emailed electronically but they would not accept visualizing the contract on my phone as it wasn't 'an original'. I tried to tell them I don't have a printer, but if I printed it - that would then be a copy. In the end I offered to email it to them and so then she could print it out and have a paper copy. So she signed me off after printing it. Even at the end they could not be convinced that they had just wasted 10minutes and 4 pieces of paper when she could have looked at the PDF off my original email. They spoke over me the whole time and honestly, need to accept that all industries are aiming to go paperless and that an original does not necessarily mean 'paper' copy. read more

I visited the Nundah Post Office today to collect a parcel. A older guy served me. No hello or greeting, he just took my ID and parcel delivery card and disappeared into the back room. He later returned with my parcel and avoided eye contact, he proceeded to scan my parcel and began a conversation with another waiting customer. ?????? I signed for my parcel, said thank you and left. He didn't utter one word to me Is that the how Australia Post conducts customer service? I won't be returning to the Nundah Post Office and I will use couriers from now on. You have lost your business with me. To the guy who served me...what ever happened to old fashion service? read more

The counter service at this branch is disgusting, on more than one occasion there has been a queue almost out the door and only one person at the counter, the other person (male) nowhere to be seen, his excuse - sorting mail- it is easy to see where his priorities lie and it is not with customer service. Some time ago I was again waiting in a long queue and he walks in after buying coffee outside. I have been there and people have walked out in disgust with the time they have wasted in the queue, is is obvious that he will do anything not to serve at the counter, these issue needs to be rectified. read more

Parking is a real pain and it's super tiny store. I wouldn't usually go to this post office but needed a new passport and I was recommended to go here over Toombul which usually has bigger lines. The people were not very unhelpful and not super friendly. read more

Absolutely shocking that they return items to sender after only two weeks when they are only open from 9.00-17.00 Monday to Friday. Added to that the fact that my notice received didn't even specify a date that my package would be returned to sender. I now have to pay for it to be re-sent, and I will ensure that they pick up the postage bill. Shambles. read more
