I have experienced on 2 occasions now where parcels from this Centre are not delivered but taken back for me to pick up. If the driver can get out of the vehicle and write a pick up card and put in my letterbox surely he can delliver the parcel. I am in small village with units easy to access. I was home all day so I know he/she did not bother to try and deliver. Not good enough we pay good money for mail to be delivered. The driver of Oct 28th Boronia Heights area needs his/her laziness questioned. read more

The staff at this post office are extra friendly and helpful no matter what you need help with. It also has a much shorter line at lunchtime than the other Browns Plains post office. Parking can get crowded at peak times (after school pick up) and you are forced to turn left out of the car park but with a little forward planning it wont mess up your day. read more

The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful..I go to this PO every day to pick up parcels that are addressed here..last week there were no parcels bar one..both myself and the staff were amazed and concerned..especially as I have been waiting on things that I have had notifications that they were delivered.. yesterday the 24th Jan I had a message that there were a pile of things.. I arrived to be told there was nothing.. so we listened to the message and it turns out it was the post shop near Kmart Tyres..I rang them only to be told that they were the PO and this one was a Post Shop..my parcels are all addressed with my mobile so I can be contacted.. I proceeded to go there to see what was there..a parcel delivered there on the 2nd of January..son in laws Xmas gift..two delivered on the 5th January.Grand daughters birthday pressies for the 19th January...one delivered on the 18th January and one delivered on the 19th of January..I asked why they never called me.. " we dont look at instructions".. really so you return parcels back to senders.. they then proceed to tell me several times that they were the PO and here was the PO Shop..to say I am totally displeased with the one near Kmart Tyres does not even come close to how I feel..when things are addressed to this PO they should be delivered to here.. so a huge thank you to Daniel and the wonderful girls at this Post Office.. So 10/10 for the Browns Plains Post Office and staff -10/10 for the Browns Plains Post Shop near Kmart Tyres.. read more

This isn't because the service is bad. It's simply because it's tucked away in an obscure corner of a small shopping village. If you want passport photos taken, this is the place to go. You don't necessarily have to make appointments like with the larger shopping centre post office (although the staff would probably still appreciate it if you did make an appointment). There are post office boxes available here as well as travel money services such as American Express travellers cheques, foreign currency, cash passport and money orders. You can also come here to apply for ING DIRECT term depositions applications, 100 point check/ verification and renew a national certificate of competency. This Post office is located behind the main square of the shopping village, in an L shaped block of shops.

As I have been dealing with this post office on a regular basis, they now know what packages to look out for on my behalf. The staff are so attentive and friendly, it makes it very easy to deal with them. The post office itself is quite small, but they do have all the basic postage needs required such as the boxes, packets, sleeves, bubble wrap, envelopes, stamps etc. However, because it is quite small, there normally is only two staff behind the counter and during lunch time is can get quite busy. So be sure to expect this at that time or come earlier or later in the day. Conveniently located next to the Oxley train station and plenty of parking space in the area.
