I cannot recommend Three Lakes Physical Therapy enough to anyone who has foot / ankle / knee /…read moreshoulder issues. Over the past several months, the PTs at Three Lakes have fixed multiple issues with my abovementioned body parts with great success. Every PT at Three Lakes behaves in an incredibly kind and professional manner. Therapy visits start and end on time, and the exercises are effective and efficient. The facility possesses advanced equipment that the team uses in innovative ways; there are a lot of machines I have never seen before at any other facility, and the team is always brainstorming ways to improve the equipment / exercises. Billing is also very professional and accurate. Overall, Three Lakes has restored my faith in the quality of American healthcare. If you put in the effort with your exercise plan, you WILL get better with Three Lakes' guidance. They also offer personal training and running form appointments, which are also outstanding.

Leslie, Hunter & Tess are dedicated professionals who assess, design and execute your healing and strengthening program. I look forward to every session. They are patient, always encouraging, and dedicated to their craft. At the outset I fully expected another surgery procedure, but now I have largely regained much of my strength and movement range. There's more to go, but Three Lakes will take me to the finish line. I highly recommend them. Harvey S.

TLDR: don't even think twice, just come here and you'll walk out a new person!! Alexa, what is…read morepain? I was referred here after not one but TWO car accidents that completely left not only my car but also my body destroyed. I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! I highly recommend it to ANYONE who is in ANY kind of discomfort.

The team is dedicated to getting you feeling better. It's the best of all worlds - for me, I need a quick fix and to know how to strengthen myself before the next appointment. They are great as long as you do the homework.

I have only worked with Elizabeth, one of the main P.Therapists. I have been an athlete my whole life, swimming through college, and still playing doubles volleyball, biking, and running, so chronic use injuries are common. She, being an athlete and a coach of different sports, see's easily what the deficit is and prescribes exercises to remedy your malady. She is the first therapist I've had that worked one-on-one to monitor my progress, check my pain levels, and modify work-outs so I can progress into pain-free territory. If you are looking for someone to help you with a chronic use injury from sports, or even postural things that effect you at work on the day/day, look no further. I've been here for 3 different issues (currently on my 4th), and she was able to fix all three (and soon a 4th). If you're committed to being healthy, Ascent Physical Therapy will match your commitment. I gain nothing by writing this review and I am not friends/family with any of the staff.

Ben is the world's best physical therapist with an exquisite sense of touch. He has vast knowledge…read moreabout all the misalignments and injuries the human body is capable of, and remedies for most of them. Those he cannot help repair, he can help relieve the pain. For example, I saw him for two issues: a tendon in my ankle and a tendon in my shoulder. The ankle is beyond repair, inoperable with a frayed tendon. But he relieved the muscle tension aggravating that tendon and gave me some relief. He also taught me best practice with bracing, which has evolved a lot since I started injuring that ankle seventy years ago. My shoulder has rotator cuff separation, joint replacement, a severed subscapularis muscle, and a torn bicep. (Yeah.Believe me, I know what you're thinking). One tendon kept slipping out of place and binding on the artificial joint or on the bone to which the joint is attached. After several visits he had managed to significantly reduce the pain from that tendon and helped me learn how to support the joint so it would no longer be a recurring problem. Overall? I highly recommend Ben Shook and Axiom Physiotherapy.

Previously, I had had a good experience with this practice. But over the last year, things have…read morechanged drastically. I had several visits here for rehabilitation after a Left knee surgery. I saw a different therapist at each visit because they were having staffing changes. Each visit, the new therapist had to review my case and familiarize themselves with my PT plan. I was also charged over $500 out of pocket over the courses of the visits, but when my insurance benefit statement returned, it showed that I had no responsible payments. When I called the location, they referred me to a national number and basically told me it was not their problem. I called that number and waited on hold for 10 minutes. I was then told that that billing department only did billing for 2022 and referred me to another number. I called that number and a recording told me to leave a message and wait for 5 days for a return call and to not call again. This is ridiculous. The management and billing practices of the Results Physiotherapy is not acceptable. I highly encourage anyone to avoid this business and seek PT elsewhere. I have done that and have found out how nice it is to have appropriate office practice in billing and scheduling of practitioners.
