The Cincinnati real estate market is pretty challenging right now and Amy has adjusted her processes to give buyers the best chance at winning a home with limited inventory on the market. Not only is she an expert in the Cincinnati real estate market having lived and worked in the area for a number of years, but she has built an excellent reputation with realtors here as well. Case in point, due to her excellent advice and relationships, we were able to make a winning bid on a home in a multiple offer situation even though we weren't the highest bidder. Amy has an excellent support team, from loan specialists, inspectors, and title agency. Everyone we have dealt with has been super communicative, eager to answer questions and all working together to support a quick closing that the seller was working for. I would have no hesitation referring Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cincinnati area. Amy is the BEST!

Amy helped us sell my Mom's home while we were managing everything remotely, and we couldn't be more grateful. From day one, Amy was communicative, organized, and proactive. Amy handled every detail--from coordinating removing items, cleaning and anything else that came up to managing showings and paperwork--with efficiency and care. We always felt like the home was in great hands, even though we were hundreds of miles away. Thanks to Amy's deep knowledge of the local market and expert guidance, we received multiple strong offers and were able to close quickly and smoothly. What could have been a complicated, stressful experience turned out to be seamless. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to their clients, I highly recommend Amy. Amy went above and beyond in every way.

She was always available to show us houses, even with basically no notice, and drew up offers quickly, no matter the time or the day. Her top-notch support was invaluable as we went from making an offer, to negotiating, to being under contract and navigating inspection, to closing, and even after closing. She patiently and competently answered every one of my many questions as we navigated the process and was beyond helpful in facilitating communication between all of the parties involved in the process. We are so grateful our friends referred us to Erin and we will work with her any time we plan to buy or sell a house in the future (although we plan to stay in our new house for a long time).

A very focused individual that generally does as much as possible to fulfill a client's needs -…read morewhen possible. A few issues that can impede the experience though: First off, her verbal English is so fractured (a STRONG German accent that leaves you reeling), you are left many times, trying to decipher what is said. Secondly, after approximately 5 days of consistent communication, I hear nothing back after I sent a list of homes I picked that I wanted to tour. After many hours of no response, I call and ask about touring homes, because I wanted to buy one before they disappear. She replies she sent me a verification message (NOT, there was no message) and then, she states she has a baby to care for. OK, that's nice - but that has nothing to do with my mission of purchasing a home. Why didn't she just state that upon the onset days prior - instead of wasting my time? I don't know... Another issue is she only knows the "Hyde Park" area of Cincinnati. Great if you want to live in Hyde Park! But, Cincinnati is a huge metropolis of close to 300,000 people and there is much more to Cincinnati than the small fraction known as Hyde Park. Apparently, I think, she is a "part-time" real estate agent in a sheltered "park-world" that does this as a hobby or a sideline to aid in her life when it's convenient for her in between changing diapers and motherhood. Again, great for her and other mother's regarding this same occupation. However, I need a house and an agent that is there for the money: Realize, they get upwards to 7% of the sale! She tried and gets an A for effort. I instead, found another Sibcy Cline agent that knows more about the entire Cincinnati realm and speaks very good English as well.

In both cases Annette was super responsive to our needs and always very thorough in the materials she sent us (which sometimes were when she or we were traveling!). She was efficient and super quick in showing us any property we enquired about. But most importantly she was honest, and never did we feel like she was pushing us to make a decision. She gave good advice, and respected our boundaries on price. We liked her personality and being out-of-towners (overseas citizens) ourselves we appreciated her global/international outlook. We have no hesitation in recommending her to other buyers/sellers, and will most certainly be back in touch when we decide to sell and buy again.

From the very first day, Rick and his team thought of every detail to make our house sell quickly. Rick made suggestions to us and even asked a professional to come in to help us decide what to remove to declutter our house to make it more presentable. Additionally, the marketing of our property went well beyond our expectations. They prepared beautiful photos for the listing websites. They put our house on instagram and Facebook in a teaser "coming soon" for about 10 days before our official listing date. When the official list date came, we scheduled 14 showings on the first day and had an offer within the first 12 hours on the market. What a relief to have our house sell so quickly. Ushering us through the inspection process and counter offer process was welcome and appreciated. I would highly recommend the Finn Team to anyone who needs a realtor.

She suggested I compile a punch list of incomplete items, which I did in December. However, none of those items ended up documented in the closing paperwork, and no escrow funds were held to protect against unfinished work. Only one item was ever addressed by the builder, and by mid‑2023 I consulted multiple attorneys. Two declined, citing no leverage because the closing lacked contingencies. I eventually hired a litigator, and while I settled for partial reimbursement, I'm still out-of-pocket for unfinished items and legal fees. Maria's expertise may be in condo sales, but in this new‑construction scenario, she did not protect my financial interests. I would not recommend her--or this brokerage.
