I still check my statements and invoices, but my confidence in the team's ability to manage my property means I don't need to go over every line-item and check for mistakes, which is something I've had to do with property managers in the past. Everyone on the team has been super responsive with email communication which is very important to me as a landlord. Whenever there is a maintenance or tenant-related decision to be made, someone from the management team presents me with clear-cut options in a timely manner. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.
