We needed help immediately to help with moms property and finances. We were clueless. I contacted a few attorneys but was not satisfied. After seeing their Ad on the billboard, I called and talked to Ben. I was so amazed at how kind and easy he was to talk with. He eventually conferenced with my mom and brother and they were very comfortable talking with him. Mom has Alzheimers and Ben was so patient in explaining things to her. He was never rushed or annoyed, sometimes repeating things a few times. Ben always took our calls and returned our calls when we left messages. He offered different solutions to our issue and explained each in great detail. He completed everything expeditiously and keep us informed every step of the way. My family is so greatful for Ben and the Lowry firm. It was truly a pleasure meeting and working with him. He's so easy to talk with, it was like talking to a friend. I highly recommend The Lowry firm to anyone in need of elder law. God bless you Ben and THANK YOU so much for everything. Kimberly Miles and family.

It named my sister who had been deceased since 2007 as the guardian of said children. On to the decision to update our Wills. We needed to locate an attorney that was well versed in Kentucky law and individuals that have acquired properties, and are approaching retirement. A co-worker of my husband's recommended Mr. Dotson with KY Elder Law. We called and found it easy to get an appointment for a consultation where we planned to discuss Will's, Trusts, and Power of Attorney documents. Prior to our appointment we received a document to fill out and bring with us. Each step of the way it noted documents that we should bring with us such as prior Will's, Bank Statements, retirement account info, mortgage paperwork, etc. We completed the questionnaire that required us to do a little research but was valuable for a complete consultation. Our meeting with Mr. Dotson went extremely well. At the conclusion he advised us there was no charge for the consultation which lasted over an hour. We signed a contract to pay $950 to cover the cost of two Power of Attorney documents, two Will's, two Health Care Surrogate forms, and two Living Will's. The only additional fee would be a $70 recording fee that would be paid to our county for recording the Power of Attorney documents. Mr. Dotson worked with dates on our calendars to schedule a return visit to sign all the documents. The week prior to the scheduled appointment we received all the documents in draft form via the Internet to review. This made the signing day fly by without a hitch. Woohoo, let me say your business is as good as it gets!
