From the first day to the end of the trial there was constant contact with Chris and his team via e-mail, personal visits, phone and text. Not only did the answer questions about the specific case they were able to assist with other issues as they arose. I was fortunate to have a team of caring professionals who provided sound advice during a very difficult time. Following a favorable outcome, Meinhart Smith & Manning was there to help with all of the paperwork, case closeout, advice and a valuable, continuing relationship. I would recommend this firm and hold them in the highest regard.

I had to…read morerepeatedly call and text just to get updates, and even then, I felt like my case was not a priority. During a bankruptcy process -- which is already overwhelming -- the last thing you need is to chase your own lawyer for basic follow-through. I found him to be dismissive and unprofessional in his attitude. There was a clear lack of urgency and attention to detail, which made me question whether my case was being handled properly. I did not feel supported or respected as a client. Save yourself the stress and seriously consider other options before hiring this attorney.

I am very thankful that I found him and he saved me so much time and money cutting right to the chase and helping me with my case. I recommend him to EVERYONE, that needs an attorney at least call him first to see if he can help before going anywhere else. I am not a person that writes a review, much less a positive one but I felt it was necessary to let other people that could be struggling with a case like myself know that he is a good lawyer unlike many others I have tried before him.

He keeps stalling their case and doesn't seem to care about his clients whatsoever. I have read other reviews about him with the exact same thing and problems they are having. Once he gets your money he does nothing to help. When he is in court he will not stand up for your rights, he just lets things pass. I have no idea why he's a family lawyer if he doesn't give a crap. I hope he reads this and realizes how bad he really is, and how so unfair he is, not that it'll change him, I've seen to many reviews already, he just keeps things going so he can take your money. Stay away from this Lawyer he won't help you. I was hoping for more reviews on Yelp, though I found quite a few when I searched the internet

It named my sister who had been deceased since 2007 as the guardian of said children. On to the decision to update our Wills. We needed to locate an attorney that was well versed in Kentucky law and individuals that have acquired properties, and are approaching retirement. A co-worker of my husband's recommended Mr. Dotson with KY Elder Law. We called and found it easy to get an appointment for a consultation where we planned to discuss Will's, Trusts, and Power of Attorney documents. Prior to our appointment we received a document to fill out and bring with us. Each step of the way it noted documents that we should bring with us such as prior Will's, Bank Statements, retirement account info, mortgage paperwork, etc. We completed the questionnaire that required us to do a little research but was valuable for a complete consultation. Our meeting with Mr. Dotson went extremely well. At the conclusion he advised us there was no charge for the consultation which lasted over an hour. We signed a contract to pay $950 to cover the cost of two Power of Attorney documents, two Will's, two Health Care Surrogate forms, and two Living Will's. The only additional fee would be a $70 recording fee that would be paid to our county for recording the Power of Attorney documents. Mr. Dotson worked with dates on our calendars to schedule a return visit to sign all the documents. The week prior to the scheduled appointment we received all the documents in draft form via the Internet to review. This made the signing day fly by without a hitch. Woohoo, let me say your business is as good as it gets!

A lawyer is mean to advise and there was 0% of that involved. As a young woman who had no idea about divorce and what I could be entitled to, I looked to her for guidance and I received nothing. The child support papers she put together are so incorrect it makes no sense. I even used her again when my ex husband illegally claimed both children on his tax return and should have been held in contempt of court and she did nothing but sit on her phone the entire time. She said NOTHING, did NOTHING. I realize now this was just easy money for her. (This was Covid times, during video call) I trusted her and I ended up screwed. Please do not waste your money on this firm or Ms. Eberle. I am currently dealing with the consequences of her lack of integrity and involvement that I PAID for. I wish I had gone with someone else. This place is horrible. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I made the right choice in hiring Mr. Lopp and would recommend him to any landlord dealing with complex lease disputes or tenant issues.

After taking us on as a client and filing the initial paperwork, the first one refused to take or return my calls; even when a filing deadline for round two of paperwork was looming. He took six months to read an email I sent. I know this because I requested a read receipt and he complied. I had to file the next round of paperwork myself, which, of course, was denied. The second one filed an appeal, but later packed up his office and ghosted all of his clients. We missed a court date and the case was dismissed. Enter Molly. After reviewing the mountain of paperwork I presented her, she filed a new claim then took off running and never stopped. Even when she was paid but my son wasn't, she kept on working hard until the end.
