Cary was amazing he came out and told me all about the floor and how to care for it with or without their services! Their price was so reasonable and they even rescheduled at our convenience when we had a few things come up. They came out today and spent 6 hours making sure that every spot was cleaned! I can't tell you what a difference it made! The floor looks like a million dollars and the men who came were super nice and seemed to really take pride in their work! We will use them over and over again now every time! Amazing customer service is hard to find but not with ya'll! Carmela Getaway Motor Club

The Manager of this store is the worst. He needs to understand that he does not have a business…read morewithout customers, and his handling of THIS customer was appalling. I have never used this business before. I entered the store and was talking to the sales associate at the counter inquiring about services and turn around time. She said she would have to discuss what I was looking for with the Manager. That was when the Manager burst through the door of the office into the lobby acting perturbed. He looked at me and said that I needed to tone down my voice because HE was on the phone. He had earbuds in like he was on the phone. Too damn bad. I am the customer. He was incredibly rude and could care less that I was just discussing a job with the sales associate. I looked right at him and then at the sales associate. I said "Whatever" and left. Even though I had left my name and number, I never got a phone call back regarding the job I was interested in giving them. There is no way in Hell that I am ever giving this guy my business after that.

Kevin Olivier of Summit Design is a huge piece of s**t. Paid him a $600 deposit to develop a…read morewebsite as well as a couple of logos for me. A couple of months into the project, he is completely unable to be reached for weeks and when he finally responds, it is with: "Sorry for the delayed response. I am currently out of town for one of many events that I sponsor this time of year. We don't schedule any work during the month of July and August because of it" So you just don't inform any of your current clients that you will be taking two months off and be completely unreachable for that time? Fast forward a few months and I have still received nothing from him except two small thumbnails of my logos which are too low resolution to even use. He has ignored every call, text, voicemail, email I have sent over the last 3 months. Doesn't have a physical location he works from, so now rather than just serving him with a small claims lawsuit, I actually have to figure out where he lives before I am able to do so. So if you're looking for someone to screw you over, put you months behind, and eventually steal your money, this guy is your man! If you're looking to not be completely screwed over, try somewhere else
