Previously, I had been at another UPS store on Riverside and I had difficulty with their machine and nobody wanted to help me. Instead they told me to leave and come back another day. It was disappointing because I was getting fingerprinted for a job and needed it to get done soon. I wanted to write this review specifically because the person at this store didn't turn me away when the machine wasn't working. Instead, he helped make sure that I was able to finish getting my fingerprints sent in and I really appreciate that!

Cary was amazing he came out and told me all about the floor and how to care for it with or without their services! Their price was so reasonable and they even rescheduled at our convenience when we had a few things come up. They came out today and spent 6 hours making sure that every spot was cleaned! Fast forward a few months and I have still received nothing from him except two small thumbnails of my logos which are too low resolution to even use. He has ignored every call, text, voicemail, email I have sent over the last 3 months. Doesn't have a physical location he works from, so now rather than just serving him with a small claims lawsuit, I actually have to figure out where he lives before I am able to do so. So if you're looking for someone to screw you over, put you months behind, and eventually steal your money, this guy is your man!
