This is not my usual vape store, and I felt their prices for vapes was crazy expensive. They have a 5% cash back program that I'm not sure exactly how it works, wasn't explained to me. Also, they will not allow refunds or replacements. You must try your vape in the store to make sure it works, which is stupid. If I buy 5 vapes then I have to open them all up and try them all before I leave. Nah I'll pass. I'll stick with my other shop that is less expensive and has a much better reward program and has allowed exchanges and returns on unused vape pods when I lost that vape and couldn't use them any longer. They also don't force me to try the product I bought right then in the store. I don't find this stores policies customer friendly.

So don't be rude to me because you didn't lock your door. It sucks that I have to stop supporting this location because I really liked it. But I'm a strong believer in supporting people who respect you. The employee was flat out rude and showed no respect. The lil sign does say will return at 10am but look at all the clutter around it.! At 9-10am ain't no one reading the signs they are trying to have a coffee and their fix. The door was unlocked. I can't recommend a place where it's a gamble on if you will get basic kindness or not.

I definitely want to give a shout out to Angel, who helped me pick out some products for my sleeping problems. He definitely knows his stuff and very passionate in helping me find the right product for sleeping better. He even asked me to open the package and take a puff to make sure that it is working before I walk out the door. That's just amazing service I've not seen anywhere else! This place is now my goto spot for everything I need to get a good night sleep.
