He had no idea what he was doing, pretended like he did until he got the whole dryer taken apart and then said "oh you can't side vent this because there's not a hole here" when there is a knock out clearly marked and it says it in the manual that you can do it. Then he tried to charge me $79 for not knowing what he was doing. When I refused he got very aggressive and more rude. He called me stupid and threatened me when he left, repeatedly saying he "would see me soon". As a women it was TERRIFYING.
