We first went in to look for an engagement ring and were served by Mr Graham, the owner of the shop. He was so charming and so knowledgeable, I felt so special. They also do a great job at cleaning my jewellery and mending stuff I've bought elsewhere. I can't recommend them enough. Although of course there will always be people that prefer to pay more for lower quality diamonds from more famous stores!
