The food pictures my nephew sent were terrible. kids were in and out without any kind of supervision. I could not be more disappointed in a camp. It did not feel safe to send my nephew here for Summer camp after a horrible spring break camp experience.

Also saw a worker kick a pillow next to an infants head. Saw multiple workers just chilling not interacting with children or even seeming to monitor them. They do not seem to use Montessori principles though they claim they do. This is truly a daycare - I didn't see any learning going on. Overall for what you'd pay to go here there are so many better options. Please look around before deciding on this place.

When we called their number, it was sent to voicemail and we left a message telling them we were out front ready for the tour. From the outside looking into the foyer we could see a calendar on the wall noting that they would be closed the day of our appointment. I understand that mistakes happen and things can be inadvertently overlooked, but I find it to be a glaring red flag that no one has yet to reach out to us. I think that speaks to the overall lack of accountability, communication, and organization of this facility. RE: Owner's Reply The apology is appreciated, however, the lack of accountability and organization is even more apparent now. My wife received multiple text reminders - up to the morning of the tour, confirming the appointment. Trying to shift the blame to us to discredit this review is more telling than any tour experience.

I took the beginners class (included with a membership) that introduced me to the important knots for climbing. You get the needed equipment included with your first class (harness, shoes, belaying carabineers) although you can bring your own if you have it. If you aren't sure about gear, they have daily and monthly rentals while you figure it out. They've said that the routes will be getting changed regularly so it never gets stale, and they have some impressively challenging looking ones (I'll need a few years to work up to some of them). The staff that I've interacted with have all been very friendly. I've talked to them a few times outside of Ubergrippen (usually at Cheluna trivia night) and they've stated that becoming a part of the local community is really important to them. I'm really excited that they came to this community and I'm excited about having them here for a long time to come.

Once I finished these necessities, I was ready to climb. Within these thirty minutes, the gym got overrun by children of all ages and their parents. We had a rough time getting on routes, as the congestion was overwhelming. Parents who were belaying, letting their kids just hang off the wall without progress being made for way too long. We got tired of being tertiary patrons and left after losing patience. I inquired on our way out and was informed that gym is often overrun by children. This day had a "special" event but seemed more like the norm after inquiring. If you want to climb, I'd look elsewhere.

Coerver lays a great foundation for what it takes to become a good soccer player. The rest is on the parent and player to practice what they've learned at the camps. The staff is extremely approachable and realistic when it comes to soccer. Chelo, the owner, knows it is not every player's dream/goal to become a professional soccer player. I've heard him tell the players and parents many times to find something you're passionate about and do it. That being said, he knows he has a business that coaches soccer, and he runs it well. Vitor and Tyler are his main men and they do a fantastic job encouraging and challenging the players. There is something for every level of player. If there is an issue with placement of your son or daughter, I know they listen to concerns because I've discussed such things with them. I would highly recommend Coerver to any player who wants to get better at soccer.

Over the years, I think my kids still really enjoy it -- even after 20+ visits! We've also attended at least 10 birthday parties here (and have another one next month!). And experienced all of the different packages. The kids definitely love getting the play card to play the crane machines. My nephew has had a lot of luck with the ones where you grab the circular tickets. He's won some pretty cool prizes! They also love getting a cup to fill with candy after a party! With the shift and rebrand to Sweet Play, I did hope that some of the design or structures would update/change, but it all still seems the same. My kids do still enjoy coming back every so often. We appreciate the pricing (parents being free!), especially $12 for toddler Tuesdays! Our toddler really enjoys the slide into the ballpit the toddler area. Overall, this is a great spot for families with young kids - a good size space where you can generally keep track of your kids.
