And I've been to chiropractors before but have always been suspicious of their efficacy. Anyways, I saw Dr. Town at Westhill and after a short assessment, he adjusted my back. My attention was not really on my back after the adjustment until the Dr. asked me how I felt? That's when I realized that the tightness (which I thought was in the muscles down my back....Rhombus??) was gone! As I said, I have never had such immediate results before and was in dis-belief after the treatment. Dr. Town said that the relief would be back by next morning and a return visit would be necessary to continue to loosen up my back. I had so gotten used to popping Advils and living with the pain that I was truly grateful for his help.

I've been struggling with headaches my whole life. Who knew they were from my jaw?! I can't thank her enough. So lucky my GP sent me to her. After 6 appointments in the first 3 months I'm feeling better than ever. I see her maybe 3 or 4 times a year as needed now. The exercises she gives me are helping me get stronger and give me the ability to fix the chronic issues I'm having on my own. When I need help she's an email away booking me often same day or next day. Amazing level of care and service.

Jen is patient, an excellent listener, intuitive, professional, and compassionate. She is also very knowledgeable and highly experienced with manual/manipulative therapy, Active Release Therapy (ART), Graston technique, and rostered to perform TCM Acupuncture. I've been coming here for years primarily for massage therapy. David is an amazing RMT. He has experience with acupuncture too, which means he's familiar with pressure points and always gets the right spots. I had issues related to plantar fasciitis and was treated by Mehran and his staff. To be honest, I didn't think that physio would help, which was why I didn't book an appointment earlier. But after the first appointment with shockwave therapy, I felt a lot better. After a few sessions, I feel like I've learned enough to manage. Not only do you get the direct physical therapy, but they teach you about the stretches and management that you need to do. The staff are very friendly.

My chiropractor is Dr. Solanki and I can't really say I trust anyone else to crack my back and neck. Once someone has jerked your head to the side quickly to adjust your vertebrae, and you don't die, you feel a certain level of comfort with that person. So I can (without hesitation) recommend taking your chiropractic problems to the PULC and having a visit with Dr. Solanki. Aside from his skill as a professional, he's a good guy. Now a few extra details about the PULC. As far as I know there are more than one chiropractor at this office, but I never see them because of the time my wife and I both go (yes, she's a fan of Dr. Solanki as well). They are open on Saturday mornings but with reduced office staff. They also have on site massage therapists. The last time I was there I over heard the receptionist talking on the phone. "... all of our massage therapists are female." So for those of you out there who are calling around the city in an attempt to avoid a massage from a dude this could be your place! So if your medical coverage covers massage make sure you book early. Appointments for the end of the year fill up fast as people try to exhaust their coverage limits during the holidays season r
