Purchased 5 chemical peels. Was told on first consult visit up to 5 layers would be applied by the 5th visit- w/4 weeks in between treatments. By the 3rd visit, expecting 3 layers, she (Sonia) refused to apply more than 2 layers. Even though on first AND second visit 2 layers were applied both times with absolutely no peeling in the days/weeks following. I've had peels done on my face before, and I usually get at least some dryness by day 3. I had nothing, neither did my 18 year old daughter (virgin skin) after 2 treatments. Sonia also refused to apply a second layer on my daughter on second visit. This is even after explaining to her that skin builds up a resistance/tolerance to each layer each time it is applied and absolutely nothing happened to both of our faces. No dryness, no peeling, no nothing. They water down their chemical peel people! And lie about the application process to gain customers money then don't follow through with what they say they'll do. To top it off, they are extremely unorganized, don't expect them to be there for your scheduled appointment, the door will be locked and nobody there, or the person you booked your appointment with won't be there. And no, they don't provide you with a courtesy call to cancel and reschedule...you just figure it out when you get there. Finding client files, another issue. Cleanliness is another huge issue!! The place is disgusting and unkept, hence never being able to find my file or my daughters payment as they are now saying she didn't pay! (She owe them $10 as they didn't even have change to break a $20 when we paid) Sonia, one of the owners is a liar, she's rude, she seems confused and out of it, doesn't really know what she's doing and did I mention she's a liar. On my 3rd visit, when Sonia refused to apply a third layer and I realized I had been lied to, she refused to even provide any service at all and asked me to leave and come in the next day to see her business partner, Michelle as she would be there all day. What do you know, she wasn't there when I came!! I was then told that she was gone until Sept 8th. (This was on Aug 19th) I sent Michelle a message about the incident on this page and was not contacted for 3 weeks. When I was contacted by her, and asked her for the owner to call me as she wasn't much help either. She stated their head office is in Newark, NJ and I had to forward her an email and she would forward it to them??? Really?? She actually refused to give me head offices contact info, who does that? Scammers! That's who.. Oh and Laser Treatments here...don't even waste your time OR MONEY. My very good friend (who is also writing a review) had zero improvement after 5 SESSIONS! Pretty sure it's because they can't afford to replace the very expensive laser.. If this review doesn't deter you from wasting your time or money at this place... Sonia's face should do the trick when you walk in the door. The place is so dirty, unkept and disorganized because she sits in the back room all day and injects her face with silicone. At least that's what it looks like.

She was informative…read moreand even called Sun Life to see if my boyfriend was fully covered by his benefits provider. She did what she could to get us the missing information was very patient with us. The clinic is really nice and clean, took a peek at their massage rooms and it is very spacious and looks relaxing. I will also be coming here to book my chiropractor.

I was taken into a room where my feet were soaked in an aromatic hot water bath. I felt relaxed from the get-go. My massage therapist was Anna. She was fantastic. She spoke limited English but was able to communicate well enough. She asked what level of massage I wanted, from strong to mild. I went for strong but told her I may ask her to go down if needed. She was excellent and massaged really well, from the knee down. She focused a lot on my lower legs which she explained would help with sore feet. I trust her! My hour flew by and she carried on for an extra few minutes. How awesome is that? I feel thoroughly rejuvenated and can't wait to visit again!
