I won't say that it is the most relaxing thing in the world, but I am there because I need help with some specific issues. Nicole gets the job done, and I appreciate her very much. She is also flexible. I had a flare-up and she was able to see me on the day that I was requesting. That wouldn't always be possible, but it was on that day. The setting is very relaxing. It is very conveniently located in Newmarket, and parking is not an issue as there is a huge parking lot right next to the building. I like Nicole also, because she is aware of when I am okay to talk and when I am not okay to talk. She's a great massage therapist.

I booked my first visit with Jennifer. I was greeted at the front door by three ladies, they were so nice and welcoming. I filled out the information sheet and Jennifer took me into a room. Since it was my first time, I was filled with anxiety. Jennifer took the time to explain the whole process with me and eased me into it. The room was also relaxing, dark and super clean. Jennifer was great! She was really nice and chill, it was easy to talk to her. She found knots in my back that I did not know was there and I was really relaxed. Her massage was the right kind of pressure for me, she loosen the intention in my neck, shoulders and back - I'm a weakling when it comes to massages. I find that it either hurts or I'm in pain but with Jennifer, it was enjoyable and I felt like I was in cloud 9. I had such an amazing experience that I will be recommending and become a regular.
