my kids, Ynfinity and Kinztanty love to go to Dr. Kanani. They are comfortable with her and most especially they trust her. My kids are not hesitant to go even without me going inside the clinic. Today, i just waited outside at the parking area because i work night shift and i wanted to sleep while waiting for them, i am wearing my robe so i told my kids i'llnjust wait outside. One of her staff came at the parking to inform me that my kids needs sealant and if it is ok to do or not. i feel bad because it's very cold outside and she has to come out just to ask me. after my kids were done Dr. Kanani came out and walk all the way to the parking area with the cold weather to tell me what she did today for the kids, explain everything and that we are good to go, She is Awesome! very nice and friendly Doctor, that's what my kids told me. and also, Ameer is very nice, approachable and friendly too. Due to the covid-19 pandemic i didn't visit my dentist office in June, i had rescheduled the appontment till December2020. I went to the office and i was welcomed with big welcoming smile and wonderful acknowledgement. The staff members took every recommended steps required by the state and the CDC from checking the temperature, provide me with hand sanitizer, to asking all health questions to make sure me as a patient, the doctor and all staff members are safe. I had a real bad swelled up mouth. And I needed to get it look at so I call Aurora Bright Dental. I took me right in as an emergency patient. They told what needed to get done and told me about some help with payment plan that would help me so I get my next appointment done. They took pictures and I got to see my mouth. They said it nicely that I gotta have surgery and get dentures. So they gave me some amoxicillin so I can get th swelling done. I went to Dr. Kanani for an extraction and bone graft. Her attentiveness was outstanding and she was concerned for my comfort throughout the procedure. I appreciated her ability to convey information regarding what to expect during the process and after completion. I started going to Dr. Kanani's office in October of 2020 and every visit has been a great one. I began with orthodontic treatment in March of 2021 got crowns and my smile has improved a lot. I came to see Dr.Kanani for emergency , I had very bad toothache because I'm usually very scarred from the dentist. She recommended for me to do a root canal to save my molar. Had a tooth chip today and needed a new dentist. I called a couple explaining I would like to have the tooth checked as soon as possible. Not only did they get me in within minutes they were able to give me a temporary crown immediately. It was painless and I was treated extremely well.
