Marie is simply an amazing lash artist. I come here almost every month to get my lash services with Marie and her technique is just flawless. I've been disappointed with a previous lash artist (at another salon) who made my lashes feel heavy and the glue constantly irritated my eyes. Considering it was my very first lash appointment, I thought the irritation and continual tearing was normal. After a few months, I mustered up the courage to try getting lashes at Aura Define and was happy I did. I had the most amazing facial with Angelyse today!!! When I arrived, she showed me around the salon - love the vibe at Aura Define. It's simple, modern & super clean! Cara Mia only works during the week & weekends work better for me so my next set was done by Marie, once again beautiful. This was my first experience getting lash extensions. The place was kind of hard to find since there wasn't many signs. But it was wonderfully clean on the inside. They make you feel super comfortable while getting them done and they asked me what I was looking for in a lash before getting it done. I drive about an hour to get my lashes done by these lovely ladies. They are all very talented, but Marie has the early appointments which work great for my schedule. I have been going to her for years (pre Aura Define) and love the amazing work she does. I always walk out of there with beautiful lashes. The spa is very clean and well decorated. Had a mix up with my appointment so they squeezed me in last minute. I believe Pricilla did my lashes . 20 minutes after getting them done majority of the lashes fell out . I was leaving out of town so I couldn't go get them fix and I don't live in the area so I was highly upset that I payed 200 dollars for them to fall out . Plus I gave her a pick of exactly how I wanted them and it wasn't anything close to what I wanted. 2 weeks went by and it's time for my refill I was still on vacation so I couldn't make my appointment and I told her about my lashes falling out she said that it was normal but still wanted me to pay 75 for the refil and I really don't think it's fair to have me pay almost 300 dollars for her work just for them to fall out soon as she's done . I've had lashes before and that has never happened . It's not the money I don't mind paying but I'm not going to get ripped off either .
