Easy to get an appointment scheduled, in and out in 15 mins for many services, and an easy and reliable online scheduler. I only used this once, since I now make my next appointment at the time of service, but it was really useful, and the automated system sends me appointment reminders and receipts. Finally, she's absolutely lovely. While she's taking care of you, she's easy to visit with, and you'll love her voice and her laugh. It makes the time go by faster and makes an awkward situation seem less so. Pro Tip: Tip your waxer more than 20%. Really people. And, if at all possible, cash is best. She'll appreciate it, and you'll appreciate her so much, you'll want to take good care of her.

Once we were in the room, my wife's massage therapist asked her if she wanted hot stones and another service that I couldn't quite hear. I turned to my massage therapist and asked if I could get hot stones as well. Her response was simply, "I don't do those." As the massage continued, I told her that I prefer heavier pressure because what she was doing was much too light. She then told me, "I don't give deep tissue massages." I wasn't necessarily asking for a full deep tissue massage. I was asking for more pressure. The massage was so light that I literally started laughing because it felt like I was being tickled. I apply lotion to my own body with more pressure than I received during this massage. If my wife had not been there getting her massage, I honestly would have gotten off the table and left. What made the experience even more disappointing was the difference in service at the end. My wife was given a warm towel to wipe the excess oil from her body. I wasn't offered one and ended up having to use paper towels from the wall. For a $250 massage bill, plus a $50 tip, I expected a much higher level of service, consistency, and attention to the customer's preferences. This was our anniversary, so we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the experience together. Instead, I left feeling like the quality of my massage did not come close to matching what we paid. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Three Graces Day Spa.

Received a call from Dr, Lehr's office at 7:45 am next morning telling me I only needed a referral if it was an emergency appointment. Wasted my GP's time along with mine. I've tried Microneedling once (took 3-4 days for the redness to fade), this stimulates collagen formation and skin renewal.
