When the store hours are listed, you are required to serve the customers till closing. I understand the frustration but you aren't supposed to show it towards the customers. The pretzels were still soft, doughy, and incredibly satisfying with just the right amount of salt. You could tell these were the real deal classic Philly comfort food done right. I've compared pricing with other Philly Pretzel Factory locations, and this one has been noticeably better. For example, a large rivet tray is $8 less here than at the Blue Bell location. Parking is probably the main thing to keep in mind when you're stopping in for a pickup. I usually suggest checking the lots behind the nearby brewery and coffee shops rather than trying to fight for a spot right out front. I'd also recommend ordering online. The process is easy, and it's a good way to see all of the tray sizes and dipping sauce options before you order. One thing I've changed over the years is my pickup timing. I used to schedule an earlier pickup just to be safe, but now I try to pick everything up closer to the start of the party. Unfortunately, there was only one of the two everything pretzels that I had paid for, further dampening my experience. The store front itself is tiny and I tended to grab and go... there's absolutely nothing cute or interesting about it, but I understand that isn't the point. The pretzels were soft and fresh, and I even shared with strangers at the park. Everyone enjoyed them but nobody was wowed. The order was ready on time and the price was right, but my search for the ultimate Philly pretzel experience continues.
