I always mean to try the other pretzel flavors (like the cinnamon and sour cream and onion) but I know the original is so good that I think "why ruin a good thing?" I have tried their ham and cheese stuffed pretzel. I always ask them to add salt to mine and they do. (It does not need salt, it's salty enough but that's just a preference.) The ham and cheese stuffed is so delicious and I've grabbed it a few times for a quick lunch. Very satisfying. I'm originally from closer to Philly. They were tiny, take up not even half a stall, and would have pretzels in different warming trays. This store is very much that, only in a bigger building and a lot more stuff cluttered about. They do two unique things at this pretzel place. They sell "rivets" which is a continuous link of pretzels in a long slab. You rip one off and you eat the baby pretzel as you would any other. I though rivets would've been more like nuggets or pretzel bites. So when I got one rivet and got a single rectangular pretzel I was a little disappointed. They also took pride in their dipping sauces. The dipping sauces they offer are off the shelf frostings in tiny containers. Not a bad idea, but was hoping for some unique flavors beyond buttercream. I would've liked a cheese wiz to dip my pretzel in, but they didn't offer it. If you want a pretzel, it gets the job done.

It was 10:30 in the morning, I walked in and the associate waited on me right away. He bagged my 10 pretzels, as I was paying I noticed another associate looking in the oven to check on product. I thought "oh good 10:30 in the morning these are going to be nice and hot." Wrong. When I got to my vehicle I noticed that the bag was not warm. Being in a hurry to meet the staff I went on my way.
