Lol Today I could not resist the temptation and got one. The service was great, as they were slammed busy, but the staff handled everyone pretty quickly . My favorite thing about BJ's it's the $5 pazookie deal on Tuesdays as well as the $13 meal that includes a mini pazookie offered Monday-Fridays. BJ's prices tend to be a little towards the higher side, but those offers help make it a bit more affordable. The busyness of the place just depends on what time and day of the week that you come, and the service that you receive depends on the waiter that you have. We have had Sean for a few times and hands down he is one of the best waiters. He is nice, caring, and always assures that everything goes well. BJ's has a big menu that you can order from that includes pizza, burgers, steak, pasta, and many other things. I highly recommend trying it at least one time!

My server Kinzie was fantastic. She made the visit a great one by staying right on top of my experience and timing my meal perfectly. I ordered the Italian Chicken Parmesan Mini Pizookie Meal Deal. For $13.00, I got Chicken Parm and Spaghetti and then a Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie. The Pizookie was amazing!

The texture was more ready and less chewy like a pretzel as I prefer it. It was salted well, which was nice. I wouldn't come back for this, but others in our group really liked it.

The woman at the counter was on her phone and not on a hurry to offer assistance. The ambiance is not much to speak of as they are working from what is basically a kiosk in the food court of the mall. The food was the most disappointing part of this visit. I am a long-time customer of auntie Anne's, and so I know what their products are supposed to taste like. There are three main flavors are the traditional original pretzel and then the cinnamon, sugar, pretzel and then the sweet, almond pretzel. While all three flavors are great my favorite is the sweet, almond pretzel. That is what I ordered today. Unfortunately, when I got to my car to eat it, the bottom was over cooked and the pretzel was probably cooked along time ago. It was a very disappointing experience.

Can't really go wrong with a pretzel, I got an Original and a jalapeño pretzel. Total for both was around $11. Jalapeño one was good and not too spicy. They just pulled some hot, freshly made ones out of the oven and the cashier grabbed one from there without me asking, which was nice of her. They dip it in butter, so the nice and hot and buttery pretzel really hit the spot.

The pretzel itself was a little small, but quite buttery and filling. Worth stopping by for a quick snack!
