Reasonably affordable (25$/day), but extremely terrible service. I have sent my dog here twice for a week long both times, this year and last. There is really no way to know how / if they take good care of the pets. But what I can say is that when my husky was not eating, they made sure to call me and went out to buy his favorite foods/treats to make sure he ate. (Obviously I was billed for this service but it was nice) Now the reason I give two stars is because the owner (Aunt Ri or whatever her name is) is EXTREMELY, and I mean EXTREMELY unprofessional. Every single interaction I have had with her, this one and the previous, she is rude and very snarky. When paying for my recent trip, I gave her cash and she quite literally THREW the change at me across the table with an attitude. All that being said, this is probably one of the most affordable dog daycare options, and can usually squeeze you in within a short notice. Just make sure you're up to date on vaccines!!! read more

We love Aunt Ri's! There is no one else we trust with our three German Shepherds while we are away. They always receive great care, and I never worry about them during their stays. The proof is evident when we see how excited they all are every time they arrive. These dogs are our children, and it is so comforting to know they are in great hands. Drop offs and pick ups are quick and easy. Prices are reasonable. But the most important thing to us is the care our dogs receive while they are there. Our dogs don't like anyone, and they love going to Aunt Ri's. So that speaks volumes! read more

They've raised their prices a lot. On mine and my husbands wedding night July 22nd we had our mother and father put our two dogs in there and their lab in there as well since that's where they always take him. Not only did the price jump up, but they didn't contact anyone about having another dog in their kennel who had kennel cough. We had to contact them for them to tell us!!! So my 8 year old pom is sick as heck and I don't think my mother and father in law even got their money back. What a great way to come back from our honeymoon to. Also, if you didn't know your dog can be treated with kennel cough, but if it comes in contact with a dog that has it they can still get it. I guess even the vaccine doesn't protect our pups 100%. & of course it was the oldest dog that contracted the kennel cough. My in laws expressed that they will never take their black lab Scout back there again!!! & they've been taking him there for years read more

They take very good care of your dog or cat, in this case my dog. He was there for over a week and the price was very fair and clearly stated on their website. I would definitely go there again. Review for boarding services: Place is extremely expensive and was charged more than indicated on their website. I had to go to the ATM to get cash. They only take cash or check. There was no 20% discount for more than one dog (as noted on their website). Drop off Saturday morning at 9am and pickup Sunday at 7pm. Total $80. Owner said "it is what it is".
