This place is horrible. I did every home exercise they gave me and nothing worked. The head PT always assured me how important home exercises are and despite me telling her I was doing the work she said she knew who did them and who didn't. I take my well-being seriously! just because you didn't know the problem does not mean you can put the blame on me. And another extremely irritating thing about this place is the atmosphere. How can a CEO constantly change employees and think to have a successful business? As a patient, I couldn't develop a sincere relationship with the staff because midway through treatment they either quit (don't blame them) or they were fired. The management (head PT) is very tense and staff seems to avoid her. The atmosphere is not positive at all and with it being a small facility the negative vibes are felt a lot. There are a lot of PT places around west chester and this is not a top choice. In fact, there is one right down the road by the Giant Supermarket in the Bradford Plaza. To the head PT: learn to manage a business and actually listen to your patients. All I did at AUM was waste time listening to a woman assure me she knew everything. read more
