But I knew this was just a simple fix. It would last for about one month. Got MD to give me a prescription for PT. Had no idea who to go to. So I asks Maps app for closest PT. Turns out it was Kinetic. I knew I needed a therapist who was knowledgeable about my condition, was possible and would challenge me to do home exercises. I really lucked out. Got Angelo as therapist. He fit the bill 100%. Had therapy for about one month. I remain pain free now at 6 weeks. I was discharged from Kinetic PT with the understanding that they have open door Policy. If I had any further problems just walk in and Angelo would do free assess. All the assistants were great. Office personnel friendly and helpful.

That is why this review is 3 stars! For them alone I WISH I could give this place 5. However, as I was leaving my follow up the receptionists laughed at me like they were annoyed at me. One of them scoffed and the other kept making faces the entire time I was trying to schedule an appointment. Again, I am just a person trying to navigate a workers comp claim and majority of people I've interacted with during this process have been kind and understanding, some have done nothing but left me in tears and not wanting to contact the office for any questions. It costs nothing to be nice. ------------------ Dr. Charles was super nice however, the person I've spoked to both times on the phone for my workers comp claim has been unhelpful and argumentative when I was trying to update some paperwork so that I could be paid through my company for my missed work due to my injury and when I was trying to make the initial appointment and give them my information for an appointment.When making the appointment she seemed mad at me the entire time. I've never had to do a workers comp claim this extensive before so I was confused. The tone in her voice made the conversation rough, but I brushed it off. Then, when I was trying to change the paperwork from 'can't return to work' to 'light duty' so I could watch videos at home for light duty and get paid through my company and not have to go through workers comp insurance she refused to help me. Even once I explained that light duty is only videos at home. She kept repeating 'why would the doctor do that' and said she would have him contact me to discuss it further but after looking up my file she said "it said can't return to work he isn't going to change it." I believe she refused to make a note on file for him to contact me due to that. I believe her name is Melinda. She is who I have had the unfortunate privilege to speak to everytime I've had to contact the doctors office. I now have anxiety every time I have to call her due to how she has treated me over a workers comp claim. I ended up in tears after the conversation and besides my follow-up appointments I refuse to do PT in that office and had to find a different PT office elsewhere. Also has been over a week since my appointment and I still haven't recieved my cold therapy unit!

The woman who works the front desk was also really nice. She rescheduled the van service which dropped us off late to accommodate the appointment. It was nice of her and she didn't have to do it.
