All of them were friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond. Seriously, not only did they do their job, but they went out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. It was such a great experience. Oh, did I mention the view? Amazing! The food there was great, we had mostly sushi, sashimi, tacos, etc, all of which was fresh and tasty. The wait team gave us recommendations which were spot on. No upsells, but honest and right on the money based on what we described we wanted. They knew their stuff and delivered. That was a highlight for sure. Well done, SEEN team. And as a side note, the folks - well one person in particular - who complained about the dress code, it's seriously not a "thing." It's very clearly spelled out and it's not a huge burden. Image attached. It's clearly referenced when you make a reservation, it's on their website, and it's frankly not unreasonable. We saw a range of people there and they were all welcomed. The bottom line is, this place is a nicer place. If you feel like being overly casual, or sloppy, this likely isn't the place for you. And that's totally ok. There are plenty of other rooftops you can go to and be overly casual or sloppy at and fit right in, no problem. But honestly, you have to proactively work to not meet the dress code here. Especially during lunch. All that being said, we loved this place and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Apparently an old brothel turned hotel/bar and they fully lean into the history in such a fun and creative way. When I entered the room, there was a note from the former "madam" who supposedly worked the room back in the day, which already was interesting and unique. But the funniest moment was when I tried to open what I thought was a closet... only for it to a full tall display of sex toys that all light up and turn on when you press the button on the glass. Completely unexpected and definitely memorable lol. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. Pink Street stays busy and lively all night, and I personally loved that energy. Quick tip: if there's a line outside the bar, just show the doorman your room key and you can skip right in, which was a nice perk of staying there. The drinks were also so good from what I remember, and the outside patio always had a fun crowd and atmosphere. Hotel staff and bartenders were absolutely amazing. If you're someone looking for total peace and silence... this is probably not your hotel. But if you want personality, nightlife, and to stay somewhere unforgettable in Lisbon, this place is absolutely worth it.

The bartender put on a show mixing the drinks and told us how they add their on flair to the classics. This place has some fun decor and hidden images that will turn heads. And PS, the upstairs Madames Lounge is a hotel!

I stayed at the Sheraton hotel for a few times in Lisbon but never bothered to go to the hotel…read morerestaurant - eh who goes to a hotel restaurant in such a beautiful city with so many restaurant options anyway? Well, tonight, I decided to spare myself the travel and come visit the restaurant. Panorama is on the 24th floor. With the stunning view, my slightly lonesome evening did not appear to be too lonesome after all. I order the Red Prawn and the suckling pig. Red Prawn is a Lisbon / Spain specialty, so I'd extremely highly recommend this if you have never had one. As for suckling pig, it's also a traditional Portuguese dish. Before I get started on the dishes, I must first compliment their bread. For those who have read my previous reviews, they will know, I DON'T EAT BREAD. I packed my then boyfriend now husband's toaster and put it in the attic when I moved in with him 7 years ago. With that said, this bread is amazing. Soft and buttery... and it was served with the lard from Jamon iberaco. OK super unhealthy but WOW! Next is the Red Prawns. They separated the red prawn into 3 parts (technically 4) - they made the bottom of the head crispy, they seared the prawn itself, they used the juice from the head to make a sauce and they used the meat in the head to make a "fake cherry tomato". The entire dish stimulated all the different parts of my taste buds. I am a huge red prawn fan and I have had it MANY times. I usually like it just - grilled. Basic as it is naturally amazing. But this was a true piece of art. Then I had the suckling pig. I think it was very good, they had a beautiful head of lettuce grilled with seafood flavours (a shrimp sauce) with crisps and shredded pork. Mixed with the pork was a piece of crunchy skin crispified to perfection. The dish was absolutely exquisite. Since I was a bit tired tonight, I ended with just a mint tea. They gave me some complimentary sweets, which was the perfect ending to a beautiful meal. I can imagine the tasting dishes would be amazing as well, but I simply did not have the room. Expect to spend 50(a la carte or small tasting menu)-80 (big tasting menu) Euros pp without the alcohol - for such quality, and Michelin level food, I think it's very reasonable. Hope you'll give it a chance.
