I was charged for the X-ray and appointments (over $100) but was told the inserts would be covered by insurance. I never received the inserts but have now been charged $180 for the inserts. It has been 7 months and his foot has grown. I called to inquire because I kept getting the bill but no inserts. I called 3 times with no return phone call. Now I get a letter from the collection agency. Never in my life have I not paid a bill but why am I paying for heel inserts I never received, won't fit and that I was told would be covered by insurance?!! Please save your time and money. I couldn't think of ever seeing a podiatrist other than Dr Bryant. He always makes me feel like he really cares about me. His staff are professional and courteous, and very welcoming. Dr. Fyne is a good podiatrist with a pleasant personality. However the young lady who makes the…read moreappointment and takes your money is so rude and unprofessional. Don't schedule appointment at 430pm if you have to leave before the client leaves (and the client is hesitant to ask question, because you made it clear that you are angry). My service was poor on my last visit and I'm still waiting on my paperwork. The "help" personality doesn't not compliment Dr. Fyne's. The rating is for the staff.
