Wonderful man who is super caring & has great bedside manner. We needed help with my aging mom's nails & will continue to use him. Pleasant staff & office..it's so nice that it's not a large factory type setting! A more personal touch for sure. read more

DO NOT see this clown. What a joke, to get told you have arthritis when it is a broken bone. He OBVIOUSLY cannot see read an X-ray.

He has met all my needs with a great bed side manner. I was getting ready to leave on a cruise and I tore my big toe nail off. I asked and he agree to open up early the day I was leaving to remove the floppy toe nail saving my vacation. read more

Everything he told me to do make my foot problems worse. Perhaps it was a personality difference but as a busy mom I needed help more than try these things and hope for the best. read more

I took my daughter to Dr. Ellicott after taking her to a sports medicine doctor and the Emergency Room twice who both said she just needed to stay off of it for a few days and it should be ok because nothing showed up on the x-ray. She was in severe pain and was sent home both times with nothing for the pain or inflammation. The very next morning I had to get up and find someone else to look at it because she had me up all night. I told her that we were going to find someone who specializes in that particular area only. Dr. Ellicott was highly recommended and when I called to make the appointment, to my surprise, he was the one who answered the phone. I explained to him that she had been in a car accident and that she was still in severe pain. He told me to bring her on in that morning and I did. He showed a lot of concern and was very informative about his findings. It turned out that she had a bone fracture. He gave her something for the swelling to go down in order to see what had to be done. He is still monitoring her but she is feeling a lot better in that area. I just hope he doesn't have to do anything serious to it because she's such a big baby. Thank you Dr, Ellicott for your awesome bedside manners and concern. read more

I have had ingrown toenails removed on both big toes. He talks to you while he's doing the procedure and makes sure that you are comfortable and okay. Also it doesn't take a long time to get an appointment, and there's not a long wait time read more

I took a chance on going here as I seem to change companies almost every year due to inadequate service. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked what I needed! Rare these days. I was asked this by the other 2 people working there while I was there (I was there for over an hour because it takes me a long time to decide on frames). After picking out my frames I did get my lenses and price for them, a bit expensive due to them not accepting my EyeMed insurance, which was an error on my part reading the wrong location online. That is the only negative aspect of this was them not accepting my eye insurance. They seem to work with everyone, insurance or not, to get a better price than the base price. I was there long enough to see and hear interactions with other customers and I wasn't the only one who was waited on quickly and helped throughout their process. I picked up my glasses a few day's earlier than anticipated, Sally who assisted me did say it would be less than two weeks. She was great by the way! I was assisted immediately walking in even though he was already helping other people and another person walked in also behind me and was greeted just as nicely. This employee seemed to be the only one there at the time but still was helpful and very nice. My glasses fit great which is such a relief after a couple of years of glasses being such a mess. Dr. Ellicott is friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the care and attention he provided. He took X-rays and explained the steps I needed to take for my issue. His pleasant personality made the experience even better. I wish I had found him years ago when I first injured my ankle. I highly recommend Dr. Ellicott. His staff is very helpful as well. read more
