I wrote a previous review and I stand by the fact that Miller is an excellent excellent podiatrist it is just a shame he works for Physicians Foot Care In the approximate year that I saw Dr Miller I never had a problem with Dr Miller I never had a problem with his immediate reception staff in his office Physicians Foot Care cares more about saving money than patient care so they Outsource to India for their phone calls there was a number of communication issues regarding phone calls. An example was what I call to say I was going to be late for an appointment they interpreted this as I wanted to cancel the appointment that is not what I said and after repeated myself multiple times I said just forget I called Things were going well and I had surgery a year ago May and I was due to have surgery at the beginning of 2024 Dr Miller had some personal health issues and the office itself closed for pretty much the whole month of December 2023 while he dealt with those issues They scheduled me to see him again after the beginning of the year then they canceled that appointment at least two maybe three times when I called to reschedule questioning why it keeps getting canceled I have the most bizarre conversation with one of the reception staff again not in his office there is no way to reach his office even in emergency I was falsely accused of having canceled multiple appointments with Dr Miller no Dr Miller and his office repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly canceled appointments on me. Then they wanted to say I had a bad relationship with his reception staff this is untrue when I was there many times it was on or near a holiday I brought Candy I brought things for the staff we had a great relationship it was the Outsource service that was the major problem After falsely accusing me of Having a problem with the office staff they refuse to give you a point with Dr Miller wanted me to continue with Physicians Foot Care but under the care of another doctor I refused because I had an excellent relationship with Dr Miller. They reluctantly gave me an appointment with Dr Miller on the same day I had another doctor's appointment in the morning and then had an appointment following Dr Miller While I was at the first appointment the office called and wanted me to come in early I said no I said I'm at another doctor's appointment I eventually did get to speak to Dr Miller in person and that's what I said something was going on that was a ride and I said to him you're only going to see me today for this immediate problem and then you're going to discharge me and he confirmed that was the case this was not Dr Miller's decision and it had nothing to do with him it had nothing to do with his office staff it is Physician's foot care that does not care about patient care The surgery I had involved A Dale that had chronic Fungal infections just followed multiple hemotherapy treatments and radiation treatments and I have the same problem the other foot Dr Miller was to perform that surgery Since being discharged I'm fairly in an ethically from his practice I have never seen another podiatrist and never will I had no way shape or form blame Dr Miller I only fault I have with him as any works for these creeps he should find his own practice or go into practice with someone who is as caring considerate loving as he is Physicians Foot Care does not care about Patient Care Dr Miller is wonderful and I had an excellent relationship with him and his staff read more

Had to switch foot care doctors due to switch with my insurance company but I'm glad I did. Dr. Miller's first impression was great and very professional with humor also. I'm very easytoget alongwithand I have a habit of asking my doctors plenty of questions and was great about answering them. The exam rooms are very clean and organized as was the lobby. Masks are still required inside which is fine with me.the woman at the front desk was polite and friendly and as always I'm asked where am I from. Guess I just can't shake this Bronx accent after all these years of living here in the south. A great group of medical professionals who I reccomend to visit. read more
