Me and my girlfriend are both travel nurses and have been here for almost 10months now and we love it. They have a wash house where you can do your clothes and a dog park. They also have a nice little antique store that the park is behind that is nice. We work nights and Roy is nice enough to wait until we are off before mowing around the camper so he doesn't wake us. He's always keeping an eye out for anything odd and he also screens everyone who comes to stay in the park so chances of getting bad neighbors is unlikely. They have pretty much spoiled us on our stay here! Totally recommend!

This place is not the business. Once it was a respectable community, now it is filled with people…read morewho have no regard for personal space, cleanliness, or being presentable. They will attempt to rent to you old mobile homes that need work. Of course, they've gutted the important components like the AC units, so you'll be responsible for that (they used to come with most homes automatically). The cost of renting a raggedy trailer in a dirty park is the equivalent of renting a decent apartment elsewhere. The manager is crooked & does not truly care about the condition of the park nor its residents. Rules like speed limits and loud music are not enforced anymore. The maintenance are inexperienced and don't do repairs--at least correctly. They're also suspicious, so I wouldn't even let them into my home. All of the original neighbors I've had have moved out because of the decline of the neighborhood, & we're next. If you don't mind loud neighbors with bad music, cars speeding down your street, and kids having nowhere else to play but the street (did I mention the park is defunct?), move here. But you can do so much better.
