Sparky's Mobile Home & Rv Park

Sparky's Mobile Home & Rv Park

I like Sparky's park because it is a working adult park only. I've seen several people upset that…read morethey can't bring their kids here and all I have to say about that is: you have plenty of other options, go somewhere else. If you don't like the rules, tough! The owner is very strict and she doesn't play around when it comes to the rules. The park is VERY well kept and the folks who stay here are all very quiet and respectful. Sparky's has some mobile homes mixed in and they own Happy Camper which is right next door. That section only has RV's on it. The grass is cut nice, tree's dot the landscape and other little bushes. Everything is well marked and maintained. Each post has a 30 Amp and 50 amp to chose from with a couple 110 plugs to boot. That's nice if you have a heated host and don't want to suck amps from your camper or you want to run an extra a/c etc. There is even a communal shed with a ladder and trash cans to use. I got my own trash can when I checked in! You bag it and they come by and pick it up... that's service. You pay rent plus your own electricity here. Each post is metered so you only pay what you use. You can put out a cute little "porch" setup and enjoy the outdoors, or stay inside with high speed internet! They have internet cables at each post as well to plug into your camper and the cost is reasonable for nice speeds. The spots are spacious enough in Happy Camper so you don't feel packed in and it's usually quiet. As a working adult it's nice to have a quiet well kept place to live where people look out for each other and no one is running around missing with stuff. Not everyone wants to live this close and have kids all over... sometimes adults need a place too! There are only 2 things that take this from a 5 start to a 4: 1) road noise and 2) the mobile home behind Happy Camper is a bit dodgy... but it doesn't seem to affect this park.

Great rv Park! Very quiet and safe. The owners care about their property and keep everything clean…read moreand looking good. Most of the people staying are temporarily there for work. There's no children allowed which is actually good for these workers because it's very quiet and peaceful. 10 minute drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. Thank you Miss Caroline for having us and letting us stay on your beautiful property!
