Bait and switch at its best. Make sure you obtain a value from other dealers and your bank of your car or truck before trying to deal with these individuals. They will low ball your trade and add thousands of hidden fees. Big one is getting your car ready to sell at your cost of 895.00. I guess my question is if I bought the car new and it has 10,399 miles and a full bumper to bumper warranty on it how can charge me 895.00. Really. The other is trade in value. If the bank will loan you 25000 on the car you own, folks that is your trade in value Minimum. Watch your wallet and inspect the vehicle your going to buy mainly for dents from shipping. Just saying. I purchased a 2009 Sierra Denali from this dealership. The truck was great! I found it on Cars.com and contacted them and had them deliver the truck. We had agreed on a price and for the truck to be delivered to my location. After arranging financing with my local bank, the dealer would not drive to my location, but only an hour from where I was. I was alright with this, no big deal. I got the truck and it was magnificent! The only issue I had, was the passenger door lock would not work. I contacted the dealership about the issue, that I found the same day of purchase, to ask to supply the part or pay for the part. I was planning on installing it myself. But, they would not even offer any help at all. The part was over $100 that the dealership would not help at all on. For a $35000 truck, a $100 part was not worth their time. Customer service is a big deal for me, so if it is for you, I would not purchase a vehicle here. read more

I have a 2012 Dodge Journey that I purchased used in 2015 through them. In the last 2020 year we had this SUV towed to the dealership 4 times due to battery dying and not able to start. Dealer replaced battery which cost $450. After about 3 month same thing. Towed back to dealership where they said battery was bad replaced @ no cost. Then they told us that we have to drive it more to keep battery up. 3 month later same thing happened. I spoke with the garage myself and told them that something is draining the battery, but all they were saying is that we tested it and everything is ok. Mind you that I never had to worry about any of that since I bought the vehicle. It was running and starting great every time. So we drove this vehicle more and lord and behold it did it again. Towed it back to the dealership. After about two weeks of no notification from them about our car we called them and they said they were just testing it. 10 days later we had to call again to find out what the issue is. They had to find my car and call me back. They did call me back to let me know the car is ready to go. I called them and they said nothing wrong with it just to unhook the battery if we are not driving and it should be ok. All in all they couldn't find anything after having our car for 3 weeks. I will never ever go to this place again for service or purchase. I also purchased a $45000 vehicle before I purchased the Dodge Journey. read more
