The installers had swept all the debris from cutting the planks into the ducts instead of properly disposing. Now there are unhealthy particles circulating throughout the house. I am not filing a claim with my insurance so I am getting stuck paying unquoted work (during an emergency) at crazy high rates. Again, their emergency response was great. Their work product was exactly what it should have been. I am just very surprised and disappointed at the pricing. Even recognizing I was in a bind and it was going to cost me, their pricing was simply not fair. Getting a bill after the fact, nothing I can do now except let others know if you aren't making an insurance claim, be prepared for "insurance rates." He measured the carpet wrong, had the installers come on the wrong date, and would NEVER communicate. I never received any paperwork i.e., receipts, warranty's, etc.. I can understand mistakes, but not communicating and trying to make things as right as possible as quickly as possible is not acceptable in this day and age. The installers did a great job...

He was quick to hone in on our price point and we were given a quote on the spot. He ordered the carpet and worked around our schedule to get the installers to remove and install the carpet. It was a very easy process and looks great. I would say it's not a bargain (only slightly less than the competition) but looks fabulous and was a very easy process. You get what you pay for and I think we got a great looking carpet at a fair price with minimal hassle.
