Shelia greets you like family, she has a welcoming and inviting smile, friendly personality and provides exemplary customer service. Loren is extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, honest, his prices are reasonable and competitive. I have a 2001 BMW 740iL that I am very fond of, Loren has been repairing it for the last twenty (20) years. He even came up with a name for it.... bulletproof. I truly believe if I had been taking my car to another mechanic I would've been told it is beyond repair and should be junked. Among other numerous issues, the car had a leak around the windshield, whenever there was heavy rain, water would pour in on both the driver and passenger side. Thinking it was beyond repair I let it sit for more than six (6) months. Loren also provides maintenance on my 750LI. One day when picking up the 750 I mentioned the issues with the 740, he suggested I bring it in. I was embarrassed because of the mold and mildew that had accumulated over the entire interior of the car. It was terrible like something from a horror movie. An enormous task and after having to dismantle the sunroof, surrounding mold and trim he found where the leak was coming from. Delivering exceptional customer service, he sent me a video of the leak and explained the process to fix it. I want to insert the video, but I don't know how When I picked my car up it did not look the same. He had it detailed inside and out, the mold and mildew was completely gone. Absolutely, I will not take my car to another repair shop or mechanic. The best in town, Advance Auto Repair.

My brother went here to get some cosmetic work done to his truck. "Big Will" quoted him something…read morelike $4,000 worth of stuff, so my brother told him "hey, I need some time to think about this; that's a lot of money" and went home with nothing done to his truck. A couple days go by and he gives the shop another call to tell them he didn't want any work done. He decided his old truck wasn't worth $4,000 worth of mods. They told him "hey that's cool, we'll just cancel your order." About a month later, my brother checks his bank account after getting notified that a $200 charge just hit his account. So Big Will - the owner, mind you - said to him while he was in the shop "if $4,000 is too much, why don't you fill out this application; it's a soft credit check that will see if you qualify for monthly payments". So my brother filled out the form - not 100% sure what happened after that, but something went wrong. At this point you might be thinking "ah, simple mistake" - that's what my brother first thought. So he called them up, and now all their friendly, helpful personas evaporated and they refused to cancel his order or refund his money. "We already ordered your stuff, so you've gotta pay for it." He refused and made sure to cancel that order with his card. So another month goes by and now the shop is blowing up his phone "we haven't gotten paid" - but they haven't done anything. So after spending quite a bit of time on the phone with the credit line he unwittingly opened, he managed to cancel the order... we still don't know if he's getting refunded the money he's already spent. I normally don't do this sorta thing, but money's been tight for my brother, this has really stressed him out and it's been painful to watch him suffer with this frustration. My takeaway? I refuse to do any business with these people, and I encourage you to avoid them likewise.
