Lost a remote ordered a new one from them back in October and never received it. And had to exchange phones a couple times now. I think they are all refurbished. Other than the remote they normally resolve issues quickly.

They came over and looked at our 10 year old LG refrigerator,and said LGs are junk and ours isn't worth fixing. They didn't even really look at the ice maker or the manufacturing date. After 30 minutes and we paid them the $125 dollars for their visit and they left. The fix is a $90 dollar part and probably a hours worth of labor, which I will go ahead and do my self.
